My wife and I got married at the darling hotel on 12/12/24, and I think we booked Sal (officially) a few months before the wedding after previously talking with him months before. Even with the short time crunch, Sal had us covered! He gave us very easy forms to fill out with the songs we wanted, when to play them, which songs we absolutely had to play, what not to play etc. Sal took the time to get us on the phone and for the first 30 minutes, he just wanted to get to know us! Asked for our story, what we did for work, etc. and vice versa! We got to know him as well which made everything fit perfectly as time went on! my wife and I had some trouble figuring out songs for some of the formalities like father daughter dance, and some of the walk outs for the wedding party, but Sal was able to nail it with his suggestions after getting to know us a little better! The day of the wedding came and Sal was ON POINT with everything! Sal isn't just any ordinary wedding DJ that goes through the motions of hitting play and making announcements.. He literally goes above and beyond, making everything flow effortlessly without any awkward in between moments, and the fact that we had gotten to know each other.. it was like having a family member DJ the wedding! Also: Our baby girl was 7 months old during our wedding, and we had misplaced her baby formula. Sal over heard what was going on and offered to call his contacts in town to go pick up baby formula for our daughter if we needed so we wouldn't have to worry about it.
