It's been almost 6 months . We pointed out the seam as they were installing it and they said that was "normal " we said no so they called Dave to come look at it and he told them to continue with the installation and that the seams would flatten out . Now they won't answer calls but they are threatening collections . Calling get Gethart I guess ! I would not buy carpet from these guys for my dog house !

They wouldn't even answer the phone and they never called back. Finally talked to our lawyer and then called their headquarters and told them we had talked to a lawyer and that we were going to get Gephart from the news involved. They call right back and said they had been trying to get ahold of us which was a lie. Said they had the carpet in the warehouse, which they had told us earlier that they had to get ahold of headquarters to see if they were even going to replace it. We had ordered and paid for the top of the line in the carpet we wanted but this replacement is not the top much less dense and plush and they did a poor job of the finish work, raw edges etc. I would never use them again.

Because of their mistake, we had to wait an additional week or two for them to come back and finish reinstalling the flooring. Second, when we called to pay our invoice, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional and rude. Third, their invoice was incorrect. They argued with us on the phone, insisting we pay more than what we were originally quoted. Clearly, integrity is not a priority for them. Just go straight to the installers--they were phenomenal. But Abby Carpet of Logan? Their service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
