Great boat tour company!…read more We booked this Crab Island tour on a whim from a Tik Tok post and it worked out very well. We reserved the 12:30 p.m. time slot for a 4-hour excursion ending around 4:30 p.m. It was about $100 for 2 persons. They request that you arrive 30-45 minutes early and they leave PROMPTLY. If you aren't there by at least 10 minutes before the call time, they'll call you as a courtesy. The crew was super professional, welcoming and accommodating. They are serious about getting you to sign a safety waiver and giving you a full safety protocol presentation before departure. It was a smooth ride to Crab Island despite the water being choppy. It typically takes about 20 minutes to get there and you might get splashed a little bit if you sit towards the front of the boat. We had a blast at Crab Island. The company provides several of inflatable lounge pieces for several riders to relax on in the water. They were stable and spacious. The water is about waist-deep and easy to stand in. The crew was nice and would help you call over a food vendor. They also have a big cooler with ice onboard for you to place the food and beverages you have. You are not allowed to bring on glass containers on the boat. They play music during the entire boat trip and gladly accept requests. Our boat instantly turned into a dance party. There is a bathroom onboard but is quite small. The toilet worked well and the sink faucet didn't flow water. But there's a big bottle of hand sanitizer right outside the bathroom to cleanse your hands after use. The meeting location is on the dock behind the Soundside Waterfront Bar. It is a paid parking lot and it cost us about $17 to park for the 4-hour duration of our boat tour. I'd book with them again. They're trans only priced, safe and festive. Please tip your crew

She put out a floating mat to lay on and parked right next to an inflatable obstacle course for the kids to play on. While on the sand bar she took a ton of photos and videos of everyone so you didn't have to worry about it. At the end of the tour she sent them to us at no extra charge. Too late to switch but ask for that one if you can because it's nice transferring everything to there big cooler and not have 5/7 yetis on one pontoon . This trip the boat we rented broke down 1/2 way to crab ..... it delayed us over an hour waiting for new boat . We swam around where we were parked and chilled. Totally fine and happy waiting in gorgeous clear water off oakaloosa . When they came to replace it we had to unload current boats bags and coolers for 10 people to new boat . Not bad but kinda added more time to find where everyone's stuff was after we quickly moved . We were kinda annoyed he said we could have an extra 30 mins added to our trip . We told him we were delayed over an hour so he said 1 hour passed our time scheduled to return ...... It's likely we will rent from them again in July because of all the great experiences we've had in the passed . They do military discounts and it's pretty reasonably priced . Plus they drive the boat out and in the marina for you...... I would have been happy if they gave us more then an additional hour that we missed or a discount on the next rental ..... we got there at 10:30am . 30 mins before our check in time . But we legit didn't get to crab till after 1 between waiting to load then the boat beeping and stalling out 1/2 way there .

He went over the top while we were at Crab Island - blowing up rafts, going to the food boats for us, etc. We booked a four hour charter but could have stayed all day, we had so much fun!
