I had used JK in the past. Overall, very good service. Three years ago I had bought a gift certificate that I forgot about. I called in recently and was told I can still use it. (It did not have an expiration date written on it.) Yet, when I went there, they said it has to be used within a year. I wish they wrote that If I on there the time I bought it. I had a $25 gift certificate for my birthday but was unable to use it due to the initial transmission of Covid (pre-vaccine development). Then I finally came in and sat in the back and prepared for a foot massage when I was told I couldn't get a foot massage because I was 9 months pregnant. My gift certificate was way past expiration at the point so I was concerned about not being able to use it at all at the point. Kevin ensured me I would be able to use at any time after I delivery my baby. At around three months postpartum, I came in and explained the situation. The lady told me that Kevin, who I was dealing with, was not a manager and she could not accept my gift certificate, despite the history I explained. The money spent on it by my sister went down the drain and it's so sad they could not be more understanding due to Covid plus my pregnant over $25! I will never give them any future business (I used to go myself in the past - hence why I was given a gift certificate) and continue to tell others of my horrible experience there. read more

I was really in need of a massage my feet and back were aching and I usually go to one specific place but I wanted to try some where else and I came upon here! Beautiful quiet place. My only issue is my masseuse was a pregnant woman which is fine, but you could tell she was a little tired and she wasn't as firm as other places I've been! It just felt as if I was getting rubbed down, instead of a massage if that makes sense? & she wasn't able to reach over the table much because her belly was in the way. I went to this establishment and we asked for the wifi password and the lady hesitated at first then goes "I don't know the password" we needed the wifi password because our phones had no service in that plaza. Then she proceeds to ask "well okay then do you still want your massage (with an nasty attitude) " and she already looked like she was in a bad mood when we first entered the establishment. So this place changed ownership about 7 months ago but the prices are the same and the quality has stayed the same or better. I still go about twice a month. Now I've been trying the combo massage and reflexology which is amazing! Sofia is my go to person and she is awesome! You absolutely cannot beat the price/value you get here! They don't do hot stones for the reflexology anymore but they will on your back for the combo if you request. Usually better to call and make an appointment. I called an hour before and they were able to fit me in on a Sunday. I got the full body and I felt pretty relaxed. It was a closed room and they play nice calming music. My masseuse spoke very little English but that wasn't a problem. They give you a little bottle of water at the end. read more

I love coming here for their hour-long combination massage. Everyone that I've come in contact with has been so nice and accommodating! Plus it's a great price- their hour-long is basically a full body massage as far as I'm concerned and it's only $40. I have started getting really bad back and shoulder pain and I didn't know what to do. Im 28, and have never had any injuries . I have started going here any time the pain flares up and I immediately feel so much better. They know exactly what to do for my pain and are sensitive to any pressure or discomfort. I am an avid yelper and knew I had to review this place after they helped me relieve my pain now several times. Its reasonably priced which makes it nice since I keep having to go. They are open later so I am able to stop by on the way home from work and they have been accommodating of my last minute requests. Update: I had a massage that wasn't that great. Great massages but for as much ad they charge they shouldnt try to cheat you on the minutes! Last time I went I paid $35 for 30min massage and felt bad as I always tip so ended up paying $42 for 30min however the lady only did 20mins! My experience sucked! I have gone to quite a few different reflexology places to know what to expect. I had asked for the standard $25/hr foot massage. Once inside the room, I'm basically up sold (she says you're going to get a massage all over and I said yes...which yes the usual $25 massage is a massage all over) to a $45 massage and the only difference was her using hot stones which I most definitely didn't need. Not to mention, I usually get more of a massage on both my legs and arms than what I received on this visit. When I came out to pay she followed me and waited for me to pay, almost as though she knew I might put up a fuss. I didn't, I went ahead and paid, but I most definitely won't be back. You don't try to pull 'one' over on your clients and expect to build clientele. Also, I think there was maybe one other client that came in right before I was leaving...so slow business to say the least and on here they say appointments only. Another red flag...oh and when she first came into the room she reeked of food, like she just got interrupted eating and it smelled horrible. Just some constructive criticism. read more

My cousin and I stopped in here on a random Monday Afternoon after church and man am I glad we swung by. We did the 25 dollar foot reflexology 60 minute package and it was AMAZING! They are super welcoming and have bright smiles.. the area is clean and quiet... music was appropriate. The ambiance was just absolutely relaxing. They used hot stones and a gentle scented lotion. The best part was both the technicians went at the same pace so my cousin and I finished both our massages at the same time so there was no waiting around. Sought and got an appointment within 30min from when I called. Clean facility with small private booths. 'Summer' did a great job on the 1hr. Combo massage. She found a twisted muscle on my left shoulder blade and kept working on it till it straightened out. One of those, where it hurts a little while being worked on, but later, you feel great, because Summer totally knew what she was doing. After getting many massages, I could tell. I have had great experiences at this location and grew fond of the owner Jason, UNTIL....the last massage therapist had a cut huge cut on her finger and wrapped it with a bandage. Well, the bandage was scratching me and was quit painful on my skin as she dug into my back. I got up mid massage- because the massage therapist kept arguing with me telling me she "has a cut" I said yeah thats fine but you should not be working if you are injured, (she seemed to be in pain too) I told Jason I cannot be massaged by an injured hand because 1) obviously she is in pain and 2) Clearly I'm in pain! He acted like her didn't speak English all of a sudden and said, no its ok, she can work. Anyways I continued my horrible massage, only to later notice red scratched all over my back (I mean that's a given right?) And I have never been back since. read more

This was a very new experience for us. We walked in and asked if they were available. They prefer appointments over walk-ins, but they served us anyway. We didn't know what to expect. It is very clean, quiet, and very relaxing. We felt safe and they covered us with a towel (while fully clothed) to add more protection. They only thing that confused us was gratuity. A 60 minute foot and body massage is only $30. The standard 20% felt low, but we believe that's acceptable. We ended up giving $20 each, which may seem high, but we were ok with it. I've been to at least 20 different foot massage places and have to say I'm thrilled that I've found this one. Decor and ambiance was very nice and calming. Private room so you don't have to laying next to random strangers and the best part of all was Angel. I'm not gonna lie I don't really like getting women masseuses for the simple reason that I feel they don't have the strength that men do but boy did Angel prove me wrong. She was great.
