The People's Champ -- and he truly lives up to the name…read more I honestly don't know if I'll ever be able to put into words how grateful I am to Kevin and everyone at The People's Champ. The day my husband died by suicide, it felt like absolutely everything that could go wrong went wrong. On top of the unimaginable loss my son and I were dealing with, our AC went out. For us, especially because I have a son with disabilities, having working AC isn't a luxury--it's something we truly need. Kevin came out to look at our unit and did a temporary fix to get us through, but he knew we ultimately needed a new system. I explained my situation to him, including that I had just lost my husband. Instead of simply telling me what the repair would cost and walking away, Kevin told me about a state government grant that I might qualify for that could potentially help us get a new unit. I'm not the greatest with technology, and there was a lot of paperwork and information I had to submit. Kevin went above and beyond and offered to help me through the process. There was a lot of behind-the-scenes work involved, but in the end, I was approved. I will never forget that. Kevin didn't just see me as another customer. He saw a mother who was struggling, a family going through an incredibly difficult time, and a son who needed help. He even put my son and me in his prayers. That kindness meant more to me than I can ever explain. I still cry sometimes when I think about how much Kevin helped us during one of the worst times of our lives. He could have simply been an AC repairman, but he chose to be a human being who cared. That is something I will never forget. I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Bruce, who installed our new unit. He was absolutely meticulous and did the most beautiful, professional job. He treated our home with care and took pride in his work from beginning to end. And honestly, everyone who works for Kevin is top-notch. It says a lot about a business when the owner surrounds himself with people who care just as much as he does. Kevin, Bruce, and everyone at The People's Champ--thank you. Thank you for helping my son and me when we needed it most. Thank you for treating us with kindness, dignity, and compassion when life felt unbearable. I love you guys, and I know that's probably a pretty weird thing to say to your AC guys --but I mean it with my whole heart. I will be forever grateful for what you did for my son and me. Thank you for being exactly what your name says you are: The People's Champ. Love Rhianna & Riley

Straight Path Plumbing absolutely earned this review. I had a leak on the main water service line…read morebetween the meter and the house, and they came out quickly to assess it. The leak was found right at the foundation, and the repair was handled professionally and efficiently. While the line was already exposed, I also had the old plastic shutoff valves upgraded to brass. What impressed me most was that there was no attempt to oversell the job. The problem was explained clearly, exactly what needed to be repaired was repaired, and the pricing was very reasonable. They also applied a military discount, which I appreciated. I'd absolutely call Straight Path Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone in the Senoia area.
