In both cases, I had purchased new appliances (dryer and dishwasher) that needed some "extra" for the installation and the so-called installers just gave up and left. JJ responded quickly to my calls and figured things out right away. He was so knowledgeable and efficient.... and very reasonably priced. He handled each easily (why couldn't the other guys do that when they delivered?!?!) and had them working in no time. I did not use J-J service. When I called to schedule an appointment I felt the person who answered the phone didn't want my business. I was asking questions but the responses I get felt rushed. Maybe J J was with a customer and could not talk at the moment. Nonetheless I got the feeling he didn't want to talk to me on the phone. He can usually come the same day, which is great because when your fridge or washer are broken, you're usually eager to get those fixed. JJ is absolutely the best. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and has so much expertise he knows how to fix any kind of appliance issue. He also is reasonable and extremely fair. We had to get an icemaker for our fridge that was just out of warranty, and that one broke after the 90-day warranty. This business came highly recommended for garbage disposal replacement, I already had the new garbage disposal and I called to schedule an appointment at whatever time and day that was convenient. The person who answered the phone sounded a little distracted and told me they were having problems with their vehicle and the earliest would be on the Wednesday ( I called on a Monday) I told him I would take it! After taking my information he responded that he would call me before he headed over....on Wednesday morning I called to confirm our appointment but he seemed even more distracted than our last conversation and proceeded to ask me for all my information again, he then told me that I was on the list but it would be after 12.... I responded that the time was fine, again he said he would be calling me... Today is Thursday, I never heard from him and decided to call someone else, that person has come and gone and I have my garbage disposal replaced... my recommendation is don't bother wasting your time with this business read more

Called at 830 am...came at 930 on time. Showed how stove did not cut on. He (J) located the power cord burned off. Recommended power block and cord replaced but put a porcelain cap on spliced wire. Brought stove back to life. Will look into the power block but it's fixed. Even looked at dishwasher while he was here and recommended the float be replaced. Did not charge extra. All under 50 bucks!
