Our Bosch dishwasher stopped working and A&R was able to get Alec out the next day. He identified the problem and came back the next day with the part. After he got the dishwasher working, it stopped again with a new error message. Alec quickly came back to the house and identified the drain pump as being broken. He returned the next day to repair it. Alec continued to notice that the water wasn't draining properly from the dishwasher and took a look at our garbage disposal. He realized that a plastic piece was left in the disposal that should have been removed when it was installed. That was causing our dishwasher to back up. Over the years, I have had different companies come look at our dishwasher because I felt like it wasn't cleaning our dishes well, but no body thought to look at the disposal. I can already tell a difference. I will only be using A&R Appliance repair from now on.

That's a big fire hazard so we needed it rectified immediately. I called a few places and didn't get much response. It's tough when you live in a more rural area because your options are much more limited than in the suburbs. When I called Coyote Appliance Repair, Wyley answered the phone with such a friendly tone that I knew we were in good hands. He arrived to our house right on time and troubleshooted the issue immediately. He had our oven repaired in less than 30 minutes. Wyley let my husband watch the repair so that he'd know what to do if it ever happened again, and he even referred us to an electrician when we mentioned another problem we were having with a light fixture. He also gave us a handy dandy little fridge magnet with his contact info in case we had any problems with other appliances!
