Just like its name, it's a charming store with a wide variety of women's clothing, and home decor items, including farmhouse chic, beachy, and traditional. Staff are attentive and welcoming but not intrusive. The displays are enchanting, often renewed, and I love to visit just to relax and explore what they are selling. It's a tranquil place and I always find something special there. Their selection of artificial flowers are excellent quality and look amazingly real. I kept having to touch them to confirm they weren't! I learned that the staff will also create custom arrangements or wreaths by request. Their clothing is "boutique" style, and fairly priced. Additionally, the items I bought today were on sale and they took the amount that was discounted and allowed me to pick a local charity which they donated that amount to. They've even received a plaque from the BCSO for their charitable work. Shopping for cute items and doing good for charities at the same time - it's a win/win.

If you have the patience and the fortitude to maneuver the crowded aisles, it is highly likely you'll find something worth purchasing. I routinely scan the sale flyers delivered in our local paper, and if something I need is featured, I'll make a special trip to Belk. Most recently, there was a half price sale on mattress pads, and I needed a new king-sized one for a guest bedroom. Getting a high quality king mattress pad for under $40 is a great deal in my world. Customer service is generally good, although it helps to be prepared for a bit of a wait at the register, especially if there's a glitch in their computer system. (It happens more often than you'd think.)

There are many areas within this shop for jewelry, handbags, shoes, dish towels, beach tees, clothing, soaps, hand creams, placards and signs and so much more.
