Kristi, who was nice initially to me, but in the end told me nothing but lies and strung me along for 5 days-requesting something new each time she called me in to I meet with her. She said "We need a cosigner", I got one. She said, "We need more income," I found it. I mean, no matter what, I met every requirement they threw at me. Then finally, at the end of the 5 days, Leticia, the "branch manager" very rude and disrespectfully on my last visit to the office stood up and said, "We told you we could not help you!" This response for simply asking questions about their process, credit requirements, and income threshold for a small loan of $4,000, and why it is taking 5 days! Kristi was so vague with the answers, she could not handle straight up questions! Geez! Anyone looking to do business with these people should not waste your time. One Main Financial on Broadway in Merrillville is the worst! I went to Advanced America the same day with the same documents-and with fast, friendly service, plus no cosigner or additional requests, received the installment loan I needed and the agent answered all my questions straight up and even let me vent a little about my horrible experience with Leticia and Kristi! I'm telling you all it's not worth it. They string you along at One Main only to let you down; while Advance America is about business!

I guess they either get their mail by the pony express or are sending them overseas to be "received". not sure which but they have no concept of customer service or money . ilast month they also did not respond to my email inquiry, I had to call. this time I indicated I was filing a complaint and they decided first class mail takes 10-12 days for them.

Drew was our sales associate and was friendly and it felt like we have known him for years! We test drove the car and it looked and handled great, there was a light on the Drew said was probably a low battery because it had been in the show room for over 3 months. We talked it over and purchased the vehicle. By this time it was late Saturday afternoon and we had a 2 hour drive to get back home. We finished our paperwork and decided to stop at a restaurant to grab a bite before our drive home. When we finished the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead! So I called Drew and within 15 minutes he showed up with a new battery! He took the dead battery out and realized Autozone gave him the wrong battery. He apologized and headed off again, this time he drove back to Jabaay and grabbed a battery that was the correct size that looked brand new. He installed the new battery and put the trunk back together. (Yes, I said trunk!) Audi TTS has the battery in the trunk and it's quite the process to install a new battery! He stayed until we fired it up and no engine lights we on! We would recommend this Dealership and especially Drew to anyone looking for a quality used car. Low mileage, body in fantastic shape and I could eat off of the engine. Nice, no pressure salesman who even ran the CarFax for me. I could see that the car had never been in an accident and the maintenance record was fairly complete. Price was right-on and in my mind very good. It's been a pleasure to drive although we do store it over winter.
