The restaurant is located a little bit up the hill in Cerro Concepcion in beautifully renovated house. The ambiance is warm and woody, the walls decorated with quite impressive paintings for sale, jazz music playing in the background. The most important thing, they make pisco sours, all kind of them. Our cocktails were the best we had in Chile. I started with the classical one and switched to the ginger version, both were so well balanced and subtle. I wish I could stay longer and have more versions of it. Certainly a place to stop by for a drink and more! Salud!
