The store associates were not trained properly and customer service I received has been some over the WORST. They sent the wrong color shoes and made it my problem when they messed up saying I should just send them back for a refund when it was there mistake when I ordered black shoes and they sent the same grey shoes. Completely unacceptable not sure corporate even cares that these stores are being run like crap with poor customer service from store employees.

This fabric while in a bicycle ride traps sweat between your body and shirt and does not have the breathability or 2-way stretch of their older 80% POLYESTER, 20% Spandex that I still have from 2017. Poor quality material and lacking any lines or style is not worth the money I paid. There are plenty of brands available in 80% POLYESTER, 20% Spandex that put these to shame. I bought Real Essentials! Great price, many styles to choose from, 2-way stretch, and a TRUE WICKING MATERIAL. I feel taken advantage of by UA!

I've ventured in here quite a few times, and have always had a nice experience. Customer service is on point, and they carry some really great items. It's been said that items located in outlet stores, are purposely made for the store itself, and are not necessarily discounted items from their main store or website, that would typically be located in a mall. While this could be true, I have seen some original items that I know were once full price, being sold at a discounted rate in the outlets, so for any that are weary of this, please be informed. It's definitely possible to find an item you once saw full priced on their website or home store, be found at the outlets! And who doesn't love sales?! This is definitely a great location to visit since the outlet itself is very nice, and well maintained. Miromar Outlets have always held a prominent title in this area, and are most definitely worth checking out!

The first was a lady in her late twenties, mid thirties that finished helping her customer. She looked at me, my wife and my daughter and turned her back, folding clothes and pretending to be busy. The next cashier, a young man, finished with his customer and said he would help us. As we walked to the cash register, the lady started whispering in the mans ear about how she hates asians and would never help them. For the record, I am white and third generation American. My wife is Asian and my daughter was born in Australia, raised in America and is American. The young man told her to be nice and we paid. When we got outside my twelve year old daughter looked at me and said "Dad, why do people hate me so much when they don't even know me?" I was devastated. This nast angry excuse for a person destroyed a little girls confidence and self respect with one stupid comment. I truly hope it helped her feel better about her miserable existence on this planet. With Nike showing its colors about how it feels about racism in America, I hope everyone that reads this will join me in boycotting this un-american company. I wish we could give zero stars for unnecessary pain and suffering inflicted on my little girl.

The manager was prickly and completely unsympathetic from the start.
