I like bright colors and J Crew never disappoints! I was greeted by a friendly woman and allowed to shop the wonderful 70% off deals. I walked away with a $15 sweater, $15 cords and two pair of $15 shorts. Score! The woman who checked me out was friendly too. Been going here for 12 years. I don't buy every season, but most seasons I do update my wardrobe. Great looking, dapper clothes for men and women, and the prices are supper cheap. Enough apparel available you can avoid buying China products. read more

Yes the clothes are great, but the employees were too busy talking to each other and gossiping. I was just about the only customer in the store and an employee was standing at the door when I walked in... But apparently they were too busy to greet me, offer me a fitting room, or ask if I needed any help. Such a shame that these employees were too rude to greet a customer who has been a J. Crew loyalist for too many years to count. Go in here if you don't want to be acknowledged. How can someone be too caught up in their own gossip and not even offer a simple hello to a customer. I love this store and shop here often. But for the record I will give them 1 lonely star. As a frequent customer I was used to awesome customer service, friendly associates, and a good shopping experience. Recently I broke my ankle. My fiance was out of town, and I needed some work clothes. And when I shop... I shop. I can buy a whole season's wardrobe in one pass- I went in crutches blazing picking up all that I saw that I would A- want to try on B- have in another color C- need in my size It is very hard to maneuver a store in crutches holding many items. Hold on while I Goldilocks the shit out of J Crew... I asked not 1 not 2 but 3 associates for help. The first one told me she was with another client. The second told me he was busy but would get me someone else and the third one ignored my request for help and fitting room telling me they were all full at this time. --- how would you know that? We are at the front of the store. Oh then they walked away not asking if they could take my items for me.... or help me shop. At this point I was tired. I was frustrated. And I was sweating. Its been 7 weeks. And I have not been back. Although I'm sure I'll shop here again as J Crew is a staple of my wardrobe I FUCKING HATE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE. Heaven forbid they ever get injured and need help- because there is no worse feeling than needing help, and being treated like a 2nd or 3rd class citizen. read more

Do not buy anything from this store. My husband bought a pair of pants that wrinkled like a raisin after he washed them. We tried to return them for a refund and were told that they don't take back "wash and wear items". They are supposed to be WASH AND WEAR, not wash, IRON, and wear. My husband was forced to exchange the pants for, get this, more of the same pants. DUMB. Save yourself some grief and purchase your pants right next door at Eddie Bauer who sells actual wash and wear clothing. read more

Regular customer of both Jcrew/Factory right here. Never had a bad experience at one single location until I came here. It was a labor day weekend and shouldn't the employees be aware of the fact that it will be a madness? I was trying some clothes on in the fitting room and I could not believe that 3 employees were complaining about folding what the customers tried on! I could hear them saying "Why do people come shopping at 10 am?, That lady went into the fitting room twice, God I hope these people go eat lunch soon etc." I mean seriously? I understand that it is chaotic but we as customers do not have to hear that! On top of that, You should not be working here or any other clothing stores if you are not fond of this environment. An old lady asked one of the employees if they carried her size and an employee replied her with "I don't know ma'am. What you see is what you get. We are not hiding anything" in a very unpleasant tone. This is the only time I decided to get out of jcrew store because I felt uncomfortable due to the employees' attitude. I have never gone to this JCrew outlet and not bought SOMETHING. This store is clean and organized... even during the busy times of the year. I always get wonderful customer service and there is a wide variety of sizes (even for us slightly plumper girls). The store is a little small but thankfully they do not try to cram everything into one little space. This is a great place to pick up basics. Tanks, shorts, flip flops all for a fraction of the price that you would pay at the full line store. If you are ever in Destin and need a break from the sun- visit the outlets and stop by JCrew. read more

Every time I have been here is has been packed, making for an unpleasant shopping experience. Also, the selection is not very good but they do have some pretty worthwhile sales. Also, they do not usually have my size, they have teeny tiny, 0, 2, and then large, 12, 14. read more

I love J. Crew but the staff at this one is never very friendly or welcoming. You can sometimes find good deals depending on the week.

I'm not a shopper so I like to get in and get out *fast*. We visited JCrew and it was extremely busy. But I was amazed how fast we got in and out. The service there was excellent! It was well run and anytime I need a shirt or khakis, I'll be going back. read more
