(they're not, I've shopped with the other company for years and know the situation behind it) but it was giving....obsessed. I was appalled and left shortly after. anyone who is that angry and bitter isn't going to see long term success and I certainly don't want to support this kind of behavior towards another company when it would be so much better to support one another. it's really sad

When confronted the next day after they go to the policy on their receipt returns only the same day. Make sure to bring items to test or bring to a jeweler that day to be tested so you can return the fake items in the same day. Otherwise, they will not try to resolve selling a fake item as being real. The items are located in a case marked as real and staff mentions they are real. We had an incredibly frustrating and unfair experience at one of these sales. As soon as the sale…read morestarted, we were the first people to ask about a specific item. We spoke with one staff member who explicitly told us the item was ours. In fact, told us to keep shopping and to not worry. Our worker marked the item with pending sale, and while we were in the middle of clearing other items away to safely remove it from the wall and making arrangements to take it, another worker at the cash register took it upon themselves to sell it to someone else. When we tried to sort out the situation and asked about their official process, we were given a carousel of conflicting answers. We were told we needed to get a worker to help us with the item--which is exactly what we had already done. The cashier completely ignored the fact that their coworker had already promised us the item, choosing instead to favor her own buyer. There is a blatant lack of communication and consistency among the staff. The cashier was completely in the wrong and refused to admit the mistake. The worker helping us - on several occasions did try and make this right by talking to the cashier. But, it did not matter. Because of this unfair treatment and chaotic management, we will never return to or support another sale run by this company.
