Denny does good work and at a staggering low price. For the work I had done, which was to repair some damage from a piece of tire that was left in the road by a truck, cost me about a tenth of what I would have paid at one of those insurance affiliated places. Where he saved money was in the parts. He got the parts direct from Mazda but, he did not over inflate the cost as many other shops do - Denny was totally transparent about the cost as well. I got the parts for what he paid for them. This job would have cost ten times what it did had I gone to one of those slick, trendy looking places (cough) Gerber Collision (cough, cough). Denny is a good a guy and he will work with you. He has a nice little shop including a paint booth and a small lobby area for waiting while your car is being worked on if it is something minor. 12/2/2016 - I had another minor repair to my wheel well where a small piece of road debris cracked up the inner fender well. Denny once again took care of business and had me out the door at a tenth of the cost the dealership wanted. Denny has been in this location for many years. The place was under a different name up until last year. Don't let this low-key place fool you. Denny knows what he is doing and can do it cheaper than any of the "big box" body shops in the area.

Freeman Mill Road Paint and Body did a beautiful repair in less time and at a worthwhile savings. Other quotes required replacing the lower paneling and a much longer time in the shop. I am usually a sceptic of reviews but I am glad I took the chance of doing business with Freeman Mill.

Ray was very helpful and set up an appointment for me. Got a diagnosis same day and was less than half the price of the dealer. Fixed it for $1000 and it's 10 months later and still no issues. My daughter needed a car and came here and purchased a beautiful Audi that she loves. Same price as a Nissan I was looking at but a much nicer car for her. Seems to be a straightforward dealership , not your shady type that your used to. Thanks guys!!'

The tire indicator light had gone on and I had difficulty determining exactly how to reset the light after filling the tire. I went to Eurobahn and was told everyone was busy and I'd have to make an appt for another day. It's a 30 second fix. I had just spoken with someone in sales over the previous weekend and was told that I should just bring it in and it would be a quick reset. The woman managing the flow said there was nothing she could do for me. Everyone was occupied. I couldn't even wait for a technician to be freed up. I felt disrespected by her attitude and response. I went immediately to the BMW dealer on Wendover who addressed it quickly, he also was able to determine exactly what issues were currently due. My car is now having a $300 routine maintenance issue taken care of them. I will not be going back to Eurobahn. I'd rather give my money to a provider who listened and was responsive. Eurobahn couldn't be counted on for a simple ( non repair) fix, so I don't trust them with more complicated maintenance. Nancy

But didn't assume it'd be done the next day. Once they had my car they told me I would get text messages with updates. I started getting texts January 12 and one said my estimated completion date was January 27. I got messages saying it was on track, and underway and such. When January 27 came around, we didn't hear from them. We called and they told us it wasn't ready and told us they had no control over the automated text messages sent. And they may not be accurate with Information. Following day got a text with the new date (February 4). They told us because of the snow, they hadn't really been able to work. Which was understandable. The next excuse they gave us when our car was still not ready was that they didn't have enough employees to work. They just kept changing the dates and pushing it back. Finally got our car February 11. It was very annoying specially since we would have to be the ones to reach out at all times about our car. My car looks great, but communication was horrible, which made all of this very annoying. My husband handled the whole situation and the one time I did call to make sure our car was done, the lady on the line didn't seem very professional. And now we may have to pay an extra week for the rental, if paperwork on their side isn't figured out.

When I first took it in, they said it would be about a week. When I called after a week they said it would be another week. Then I was told, "Friday at the latest." On Friday I was told, "Next week". I specifically asked if someone would call when it was ready and was told, "Yes." (Despite being told that they would be sending updates, I received no updates. They said I had opted out of receiving texts, but I always request text updates from businesses). Monday at 4:30 I received a call saying, "We're wondering when you're going to come in, we close at 5:00." So, I guess this is you telling me my car is ready? AND, when I went to get it, the battery was dead (the lights were on). AND, they hadn't inspected it. Everyone was pleasant and polite, but....
