Denny does good work and at a staggering low price. For the work I had done, which was to repair some damage from a piece of tire that was left in the road by a truck, cost me about a tenth of what I would have paid at one of those insurance affiliated places. Where he saved money was in the parts. He got the parts direct from Mazda but, he did not over inflate the cost as many other shops do - Denny was totally transparent about the cost as well. I got the parts for what he paid for them. This job would have cost ten times what it did had I gone to one of those slick, trendy looking places (cough) Gerber Collision (cough, cough). Denny is a good a guy and he will work with you. He has a nice little shop including a paint booth and a small lobby area for waiting while your car is being worked on if it is something minor. 12/2/2016 - I had another minor repair to my wheel well where a small piece of road debris cracked up the inner fender well. Denny once again took care of business and had me out the door at a tenth of the cost the dealership wanted. Denny has been in this location for many years. The place was under a different name up until last year. Don't let this low-key place fool you. Denny knows what he is doing and can do it cheaper than any of the "big box" body shops in the area.

Freeman Mill Road Paint and Body did a beautiful repair in less time and at a worthwhile savings. Other quotes required replacing the lower paneling and a much longer time in the shop. I am usually a sceptic of reviews but I am glad I took the chance of doing business with Freeman Mill.

Terrible Customer Service (Especially from McKenzie)…read more We had our vehicle at Mid-Town Body Repair, after someone hit the right side of our car. The other driver's insurance was covering the damages, so we brought it here hoping for a smooth process. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that especially because of the way we were treated by one of their employees, McKenzie. From the very beginning, she was extremely rude and demeaning. She spoke to my husband as if he were ignorant, and when we asked reasonable questions about the repair process, her responses were dry, unhelpful, and completely lacking in professionalism. She provided misleading information and made what was already a stressful situation even more difficult. Her attitude was dismissive and lacked even the most basic level of compassion or courtesy. When we ultimately decided to take our car elsewhere for repairs, McKenzie acted immaturely refusing to speak directly with my husband and behaving as though we were the problem once he got there to pick up the car. If you're looking for respectful, professional, and honest customer service, look elsewhere. I strongly urge Mid-Town Body Shop to properly train their staff, especially McKenzie, on how to treat customers with basic decency. We will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Most car repair shops detail the car so it looks brand new! The website claims that Clint and Travis are the head honchos but when Clint is out of the office sick, why doesn't Travis step up and cover Clint's' customers? After using Midtown for the past 10 years, I will NEVER EVER recommend this business to anyone!!! Quality control, and trust is out the window!!!

When I first took it in, they said it would be about a week. When I called after a week they said it would be another week. Then I was told, "Friday at the latest." On Friday I was told, "Next week". I specifically asked if someone would call when it was ready and was told, "Yes." (Despite being told that they would be sending updates, I received no updates. They said I had opted out of receiving texts, but I always request text updates from businesses). Monday at 4:30 I received a call saying, "We're wondering when you're going to come in, we close at 5:00." So, I guess this is you telling me my car is ready? AND, when I went to get it, the battery was dead (the lights were on). AND, they hadn't inspected it. Everyone was pleasant and polite, but....

I called them on day 6 when I received the text stating that my vehicle was in "reassembly". When I called they advised that they are waiting for a part and the car would now not be ready until 2 weeks later, however no one called me, I had to call myself to find this out. They finally called me at 3:30pm to tell me the car was ready on 9/3/25. I advised them that I would be there before they close at 5pm to pick up. Unfortunately I was not able to pick up that night , but went the next morning at 8:00am on 9/4/25. When I get there and started looking over the car it was filthy, one of the workers came out and advised me that they forgot about fixing my right tire and that the guy came out to fix it and got compound all over the car. He advised that they have to detail it again and this will take approxiamately 1hr to complete. UGH!!! Again they did not call me to advise me of this. I went to work and they called me in about an hour and half. When I get there this time I look over my car and see that the area where they supposedly had fixed was not flush with the rest of the car. Mike the worker there advised me that being that this was an aftermarket fender it would take 60-90 days of me driving the vehicle for the fender to bend itself back into shape. WHAT!!! I have never ever heard of such nonsense!! Then once I get in my vehicle I check my miles and see that they also drove my vehicle an extra 20miles. When I confronted Mike about the extra miles he stated "no one has drove your vehicle ma'am". Ok so I am making this up in my head right!! Then he states "Oh we did have to take it for an alignment...twice! I asked were the alignment shop was and he advised it was right down the street. When I looked it up it was 1.7miles away from their shop, twice would mean a total of 6.8miles. They were unable to justify the 13.2 extra miles used on my vehicle. I left and emailed the manager of this shop (Sabas Orellana) about all my issues and he advised he was out of town, and would not be back until 9/15/25. He asked if I could bring the car back on that date to get me to100%. However this is another 10 days I have to wait to get my car repaired. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Bottom line is this shop is for the birds!! It seems that they do not care about their reputation and company name at all. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS SHOP EVER AGAIN!!!
