Was there for my niece's dress shopping. Friendly consultant. Lots of choices. Not rushed or pushed. Prices reasonable

Abby and her team were amazing. Abby gave great suggestions and followed up with me. There is a dress for every price range. There was a wide variety of styles and designers to choose from. There's a variety of sizes to choose from. Petite to plus size. If you are in between sizes it may be alittle bit of a struggle. There is no In house alterations. I've been here 2-3 times and had the champagne and cute interactive signs. I pick my top favs from 3 places but ultimately went with a dress from a different store. My friend did find her dress here. I would definitely recommend read more

I had a wonderful experience here with Emily. She listened to what I wanted and provided all the insights that I was looking into. I wanted sleeves and she let me know even if the dress doesn't have it they can make it. Although I didn't find my dress the experience was excellent and I highly recommend coming here to find your dream dress. The selection was great and all of the dresses here are beautiful! read more

I had such an incredible time searching for the perfect dress at J Bridal with Katie! As a deaf person, Katie went above and beyond to accommodate me by making sure I heard everything she said and that she was in my line of vision to lipread. It made all the difference! Entering the appointment, I was pretty much starting from zero other than that I knew what I wanted the neckline to be. Katie was super receptive and open to pulling different styles, took the time to explain every little detail and differences between each dress, and explained to me how I could customize a dress either thru ordering or with a seamstress. Between my mom, my MOH, and me... we had so many questions. We spent the first hour stuck between two different styles, then at the end, Katie pulled out THE ONE! We were all so excited. She didn't make me feel rushed, insecure, uncomfortable... she really made this a fun experience and made sure to include my wedding party into the process! After leaving the appointment, I had tons of follow up questions which Katie was more than happy to answer via email! Then when I went back, she helped accessorize the dress. I am SO excited to get my dress next year! If you're looking for a cute, fun, and customized experience, this is the place to go! read more

The experience we has this weekend at J Bridal was everything I had hoped for. My stylist Crysabel listened very closely and kept the options open when I was unsure. She was patient with my friends and family and their input. She picked the perfect dress just based on what I did and did not love. She was very fast to get the perfect veil on me which solidified the choice and I have my dream dress after just trying on 4! The owner was very sweet and chatted with us for a bit while we finished up our mimosas. Definitely recommend to all Tucson brides! read more

I found my wedding dress at J Bridal Boutique. J Bridal team was so professional and helpful. They provided the best service and also helped me to choose the perfect veil and hairpiece. My wedding dress needed some alteration for which they referred me to a professional local seamstress. She altered the dress as needed and also added bustles which were so useful during the wedding day. After the wedding, the J Bridal team also helped me with the wedding dress preservation. I highly recommend them! read more

I got married on 4/11/19 and wanted to update my review. *Disclaimer: I did not purchase my dress at J Bridal Boutique* I am so thankful to J Bridal for suggesting Helen Santos as a tailor. I LOVED how my dress turned out. Helen is so talented and added the off the shoulder sleeves and sewed in the belt...it *made* the whole dress! We got married at the Four Seasons Maui and it perfectly complemented the venue. I got so many compliments on the dress and I am so thrilled with my whole look. Thank you again J Bridal Boutique and Helen! read more

Being a plus-sized bride has made looking for a dress less than ideal, but Melissa at J Bridal was my saving grace! She took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and I felt at such ease! I never thought I would find a dress that checked all my boxes and left me feeling SO beautiful, but I said yes to the dress!! Thank you to Melissa especially and J Bridal! I would definitely recommend this beautiful boutique!! read more

I originally went it for the Sample Sale they're currently running, and didn't have any luck. BUT my absolutely amazing stylist Jess found me the most gorgeous, dreamy dress. Jess was phenomenal, she made the entire process so fun, and comfortable! The rest of the staff was also so friendly, and welcoming to a bride there by herself. 10/10 experience, and I'm so happy I was able to find my dream dress. read more

They tend you like you are the most important person there Totally made me feel like a bride!

If you are wedding dress shopping THIS is the place! We had an amazing experience with Emily. I was an MOH in attendance and they didn't bat an eye at my endless questions and suggestions. We had just come from David's Bridal, and while I didn't think that place would be great it was actually kind of terrible. We had an appointment at JBridal immediately after and it was a breath of fresh air! There's something about getting to be the only bride that really just makes the experience special! We were a little worried about budget but they have flexible payment options and a lot of dresses that were more reasonable then I expected! Go pay them a visit I promise you will not be disappointed! read more

Went in for a last minute veil, and had the best experience and customer service ever! The owner helped me and she was the sweetest most genuine person ever! She offered me a ton of help gave me different options and a ton of wedding day tips! I was indecisive and she knew the exact questions to ask to help me make my decision. Such a people person! AND she played with my 17 month old so I could try on my dress! That was amazingly helpful! No question how or why J Bridal is successful. read more

September 5th 2020. Ladies, if you are having set backs or mixed emotions about trying to have/plan a wedding in these less than desirable times, I highly recommend going to J Bridal Boutique. The ladies there were so much more than I could've asked for! I went in with the only expectation of knowing I was going to be focused on all the flaws of my body. Melissa didn't let that happen! Within maybe 3 dresses she knew exactly how to break through my stone heart and find a dress that made me look and feel so beautiful! I am so thankful they were the first shop I chose to go to! I found the dream dress I didn't know I wanted thanks to Melissa and the J Bridal team. I walked into J Bridal, which was the first boutique I visited, thinking I wanted a dress with long sleeves. I quickly realized that long sleeves make it difficult to raise your arms, which didn't work for someone who loves dancing. Melissa immediately pulled other dresses that were similar to my initial style. She was patient as I tried on dress after dress, not once rushing me or pressuring me to choose. She was supportive and listened to the things I liked and disliked, finding other dresses based on my feedback until we eventually found "the one." From there, the ordering process was seamless with J Bridal handling everything. I picked up my dress once it was delivered from the designer (style: Ludmila by Watters) and took it to Helen Santos, a seamstress recommended by J Bridal. Helen was also amazing and altered my dress to perfection. Overall, dress shopping was an enjoyable, low-stress experience with J Bridal. Their selection is expansive, beautiful and high-quality, so I'm sure any bride will have good chances of finding their dream dress there too! read more

I had such a wonderful experience trying on dresses, and feeling like a total princess! The girls were so kind and helpful, pulling dresses that I would never have picked for myself, and they looked absolutely stunning. I ended up trying on a satin, A-line dress, and I knew instantly that it was THE ONE! The process of ordering and picking up was extremely easy. They also referred me to a local seamstress, Helen, who did the alterations of my dress. On the day of my wedding, I felt so incredibly beautiful, and received so many compliments on my dress. read more

The girls here are so friendly and make the experience so nice. Emily helped me find my dress and she was so helpful and very nice. I liked that she was honest about all the dresses and told me her opinion and didn't just try to up sell me on a dress out of my range like other places. In fact I bought a sample dress off the rack and they treated me just the same as every other customer. No different because I wasn't ordering newer and more expensive. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. They are definitely the best bridal boutique I visited. And I went to 5 in Tucson. Thanks Emily and Katie! read more

I feel bad that this is late, but I had to write a review regardless! I had a wedding dress consultation in early November of 2018 with Melissa and it was truly an amazing experience! I never expected the store to be open just to me while she listened to my desires and picked so many amazing dresses for me to try. Honestly, all of the dresses that I tried on were fabulous and then there was the one true winner, all in less than 10 tries! I am so in love with it and I know my fiance will be completely amazed with it too on our big day. Melissa was so accommodating to my family and friends that came with me, was empathetic, real and fun! J Bridal supports you through the dress selection process and beyond! What a gem to have in Tucson! I can't wait until my dress comes in this spring and I get to try it on again! Thanks for everything! read more

J Bridal is a must experience!! This was my first bridal boutique and wow did it fulfill all my expectations plus more. The team is amazing and make you feel so welcome and special. The vibe you get from inside makes you not want to ever leave. Melissa was outstanding, I couldn't have asked for a better consultant. She is excellent at what she does, and literally found my dream dress that I NEVER would have picked out on my own. I went in with a completely different vision but she helped me find what I was really looking for all along. She put up with my indecisiveness and gave me all the right advice I never even would have thought about. I cannot thank her or the rest of the team there enough. Don't waste your time anywhere else! read more

WOW! I wish I was able to give this boutique and owner/consultant Emily more than a 5 star. I am a plus size bride who's biggest fear was not being able to fit into any of the dresses or be able to visualize the entire look without being able to close the back of the dress. Boy was I wrong! Emily was able to clamp and adjust the dresses in all the right places giving you a real feel/look of how the dress would fit. She was very thorough explaining all of the details you could add or remove from a dress to adjust it exactly to your liking. She added arm pieces, different tulle colors, belts, anything you asked for she was on it. I had a party of 5 with me. We're a rowdy, very vocal crowd, and from start to finish Emily was extremely patient, kind, and attentive to all of us. We even went over a little on our appointment time and not once did Emily make me feel rushed or make any comment about my appointment time coming to an end. I had a budget and she made sure I stuck to it. Once I said, "YES to the dress", she popped a bottle of champagne and we all cheered with joy. My wedding dress shopping experience was everything and more than I ever could have imagined. Emily was so genuine, I could feel the love and passion she has for what she does. I've gone to 6 bridal boutiques in Tucson and hands down, J Bridal Boutique is the BEST in the business. read more

The whole experience was amazing! I had been to a few other bridal shops prior to coming to J Bridal, and from the start I knew I was going to find my dress here. Katie not only listened to what I wanted, but asked me questions that really made me figure out what I had envisioned. It also felt like she wanted to get to know me as a person, rather than just a customer. I never felt pressured, and was completely comfortable with her. Katie was the first stylist to put me into the silhouette that I ended up getting. I feel that it was a mix of everything I wanted combined with her expertise. The shop was modern, but romantic with a wide selection of dress that wasn't too overwhelming. I will 100% be recommending this boutique to all of my friends. read more

I bought my wedding dress at J Bridal last year and had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff made me feel welcome, comfortable, and special! Highly recommend! read more

Outstanding bridal shop! Classy, upscale (but not overpriced), and the most exquisite selection of dresses. There is simply no reason to go anywhere else. You walk in for your appointment and they make you feel like you are the only bride (and guests) in the world. We love the soft couches, chandeliers, the wrap around mirrors and platform for the bride, personalized frame with your name during the appointment, and the champagne after saying YES to the dress. Just a wonderful experience from start to finish! We love JBridal and know you will too! read more

WOW! I can't say enough about how wonderful this experience was finding my dress. Stevi was incredible! I was blown away by her knowledge on dresses, fit, designers, and recommendations. She was great at asking for my input and listening to what I wanted. The whole experience was more than I imagined it could be. Once I selected the dress there was a toast and photos. Their new location is so beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a dress to go here FIRST. Thank you jbridal! read more

Such a delightful experience with Emily. Felt so lucky to have her help with such an oddly important decision.

Amazing experience and the story behind their name is beautiful. I saw a dress on Instagram that was part of their off the rack sale and messaged them on Instagram asking size, appointment, etc. and the owner was extremely helpful and said I could come in that evening. I went in with a friend and was the only one in there 30 minutes before they closed for the night. She helped me and made me feel so beautiful and confident without being "too much." Absolutely loved my experience and wish I could buy 26286 more wedding dresses so I could go back read more

Emily is awesome! I came too try on a bridesmaids dress for my friends wedding and she already had it waiting in the fitting room for me before I even arrived (we called and let them know we were coming) She was SOO kind and showed me so many different ways I could tie the dress. I have a lot of tattoos and usually when I go too shops around La Encantada the service I receive makes me feel like they think I'm poor or not good enough too be there. Emily didn't make me feel that way at ALL and was beyond kind! The bride already decided on getting the maids dresses from here and I couldn't be happier she chose such an awesome place! read more

Best experience ever!!! No pressure at all super friendly, great selection with wide range of price. Best part is they let you put your dress on lay away and pay as little or as much as you want as you go. The whole place was reserved for that hour and a half just for me it wasn't stressful at all! I ended up buying a dress same day !! read more

I was happily married in June 2016 in my J Bridal dress. I am a proud J Bride! Not only are their dresses beautiful, great quality & well priced but their customer service was unmatched in my experience by any other bridal boutique/shop in Tucson and even a few in Phoenix. I know because I went to several bridal boutiques & shops before I picked my dress. They really care about their brides at J Bridal and they seem to enjoy what they do very much. They made my experience relaxed & enjoyable and best of all they shared in my excitement & joy! I highly recommend the J Bridal Boutique. read more

I'm not even married, or engaged for that matter, but with such a positive experience working with the owners as a bridesmaid, I felt the need to write them a great review! These ladies will go all out to make any bride feel special - giving you plenty of personalized attention and feedback, without making you feel pressured like you have to get the dress. They have a great selection of elegant dresses, but not too many that could make you overwhelmed. As a bridesmaid, I got a dress from them I love! (Something you don't hear very often.) I wanted to wear the dress again, but in a recent move lost the bandeau that went with it. I contacted them to see if they could help and they contacted the dress designer and got her just to make the bandeau for me - demonstrating the type of great customer service they provide. Check out JBridal, you won't be disappointed! Pro tip: like them on Instagram. They do have trunk shows and sales on Insta that are worth paying attention to. read more

I scheduled an appointment for the weekend with Melissa. She was very professional and remembered the dress I wanted to try on from our conversation over the phone. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this bridal boutique for anyone in Tucson. Unfortunately, I did not purchase my dress from J Bridal Boutique based on the fact that I would not be living in the state once the dress arrived to the store. Melissa was very understanding of my circumstances and wished me luck! While I was at my appointment, I also met one of the seamstresses and she discussed several options for removing/bustling the train. J Bridal Boutique's entire team is very professional and friendly.
