Abby and her team were amazing. Abby gave great suggestions and followed up with me. There is a dress for every price range. There was a wide variety of styles and designers to choose from. There's a variety of sizes to choose from. Petite to plus size. If you are in between sizes it may be alittle bit of a struggle. There is no In house alterations. I've been here 2-3 times and had the champagne and cute interactive signs. I pick my top favs from 3 places but ultimately went with a dress from a different store. My friend did find her dress here. The experience we has this weekend at J Bridal was everything I had hoped for. My stylist Crysabel listened very closely and kept the options open when I was unsure. She was patient with my friends and family and their input. She picked the perfect dress just based on what I did and did not love. I never expected the store to be open just to me while she listened to my desires and picked so many amazing dresses for me to try. WOW! I wish I was able to give this boutique and owner/consultant Emily more than a 5 star. I am a plus size bride who's biggest fear was not being able to fit into any of the dresses or be able to visualize the entire look without being able to close the back of the dress. Boy was I wrong! Emily was able to clamp and adjust the dresses in all the right places giving you a real feel/look of how the dress would fit. She was very thorough explaining all of the details you could add or remove from a dress to adjust it exactly to your liking. She added arm pieces, different tulle colors, belts, anything you asked for she was on it. I had a party of 5 with me. We're a rowdy, very vocal crowd, and from start to finish Emily was extremely patient, kind, and attentive to all of us. We even went over a little on our appointment time and not once did Emily make me feel rushed or make any comment about my appointment time coming to an end. I had a budget and she made sure I stuck to it. Once I said, "YES to the dress", she popped a bottle of champagne and we all cheered with joy. These ladies will go all out to make any bride feel special - giving you plenty of personalized attention and feedback, without making you feel pressured like you have to get the dress. They have a great selection of elegant dresses, but not too many that could make you overwhelmed. As a bridesmaid, I got a dress from them I love! (Something you don't hear very often.) I wanted to wear the dress again, but in a recent move lost the bandeau that went with it. I contacted them to see if they could help and they contacted the dress designer and got her just to make the bandeau for me - demonstrating the type of great customer service they provide.
