Terrible experience. Beware…read more I was originally quoted $1,000 for the job and was told he would arrive at 9:00 AM. He did not show up until noon. The day before, I had another company come to my property and provide a quote. They inspected the area and made no mention of mold, fungi, or any major issues. Then this person arrived, quickly claimed I had mold on my basketball court and fungi on my roof, and suddenly raised the price from $1,000 to $2,800. When I said I would be leaving an appropriate review about the experience, the price immediately dropped to $1,800, and then somehow dropped again to $1,500. The constant price changes made the entire situation feel extremely dishonest and unprofessional. In my opinion, this felt like a bait-and-switch and a total fake-out. It seemed like he assumed he could take advantage of me because I am a woman. I would not recommend this company and would strongly advise others to be very careful before hiring them.

I don't know where to start. I was selling my 85 year old mother in law's condo in Boynton beach…read more I am in NJ so I spoke to few companies. Noel gave me a great vibe while we discussing the problems I encountered, mold being the biggest problem. I had to trust someone and I felt this company was the one. I crossed my fingers and hired them. They had to remediate a bedroom where sheetrock was removed. They replaced the sheetrock and painted it and you would never even know the wall was ripped apart. I was amazed how professional the job was. Next the kitchen had mold under the sink. They took care of that and had to rebuild cabinets that were affected by the mold. Again top notch work. Then the nightmare continued where more mold was discovered in master bedroom. The clock was ticking as we had a closing date on sale of the house. They handled that as well. I finally got to meet Noel and Jeb in person when arrived in Florida. They both answered every call and text I sent whether it was 8:00 in the morning or 9:00 at night. I never felt more confident with a company in my life. These guys were so professional, respectful and empathetic to the stress that mold can produce when trying to get rid of it. The day of the final mold test Jeb was there at 7:00am to meet me and assured me this will pass. The closing on the house was 2 days later. Not to be redundant but this review pales in comparison to what these guys did for me. I will be in their debt forever. As an owner of 2 businesses myself it's a breath of fresh air to find a company like this. I love you guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a big deal however when I noticed they were back on my block doing a neighbor's house, I asked William, the leader of the workers to please do what he could to remove the stains. They tried, he said but they could not be completely removed with pressure. I then asked him if they could paint over it since I had the leftover paint, which would have taken 15 minutes tops. William informed me that the stains were caused by dirt in the tracks under my windows, like it was my fault (who cleans their window tracks? - I never asked them to spray my windows, only the roof so his workers caused the stains.) I said, your man left before inspecting the house to make sure all was good, to which he responded "No, No, No, No, No" that's not my problem." I attempted to convince him that it was his workers that left the stains and it would be good business practice to fix the problem but he ignored me and left. I called the office and his wife apologized and offered to have them come to paint it another day but after thinking about it, since William did not apologize to me directly, I did not want to deal with him again after being treated so rudely. 2 stars for decent work but poor attitude and customer service by WIlliam.
