She explained there would be a delay due to the windows being special order. I was impatient and contacted the office for updates. They made sure to schedule my house as soon as the windows were available. On installation day, the workers were quick, meticulous, clean (laid drop cloths to keep it clean and removed all debris that day). After the install, I was contacted to ensure everything went as planned. It was a wonderful experience proving why local small businesses are superior. Thank you to the Joe The Roofer team.

He is prompt for appointments, and is constantly in touch when it comes to updates and answering any questions you may have. The installers are very hardworking and skilled. They did a beautiful job and made sure that everything was perfect. The price quoted by Angelo was a fair price considering all the work that needed to be done. The workers had to excavate our existing concrete patio, re-grade my backyard (since it wasn't done correctly when my in ground pool was installed years ago), and prep the area before the pavers could be set down. All this was done in a week's time. I am eventually going to have my front driveway done with paving stones, and I would not trust the job to anyone but Artistic Pavers & Landscaping.

I was given an approximate quote which I thought was very reasonable. I wanted to have the job done while I was away for a week. They accommodated my schedule, did the work, and billed me via email. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work, and they actually charged less than originally quoted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their willingness to do what others considered too small a job and trusted that I'd pay them once the job was done.

We have used Zadlock Outdoor Services several times and they are an extremely reliable company…read morebased on our experience with them. They installed a beautiful large paver area in our backyard near our flower gardens - it is lovely and has held up well. They also did numerous landscaping jobs for us using high quality plants and trees including hollies, grasses, arborvitae, Christmas trees and more. And the uplighting they installed under several trees looks super nice at night - one of our neighbors even complimented us on the lighting. We definitely 100% recommend Zadlock Outdoor Services for any projects you may have at your residence or business.

I really can't say enough good things about Zadlock and especially Matt…read more Like most people we've had bad experiences in the past with contractors not showing up or changing the price or doing lousy work Matt came out and gave us a price and suggested changes that his competitors said "if you can get it for that price then you should go with them" We went with Zadlock and they showed up on time did the work that others told us would take two weeks in less than four days They were fast, incredibly professional, and did very clean work We made some design changes and additions in the middle of them working and they incorporated them without complaint or additional expense If you need any sidewalk porch or something like that done in central New Jersey you need to call these people and consider them strongly for the work We will be using them again for an extensive job of replacing the concrete around our pool I am genuinely impressed and thrilled with their work ethic and results. I am not a person that is easily impressed.

First let me say I really hate leaving negative reviews. The owner was nice enough but didn't do…read morewhat was agreed upon. He was supposed to install a sleeve under the driveway so that electric and water can be run to the other side but it "slipped his mind" and he "forgot". He offered to dig one in after the fact but said my new driveway would look like he filled a pot hole after the sleeve was patched over. What he should have done was offer to put one in then put a thin coat of asphalt over the entire driveway so it would blend and still look new in the event he was unable to match the asphalt. The driveway is also uneven in places, has thin areas and thick areas and small dips in it, mainly where they used a blowtorch. But worse, they got asphalt on my siding and he said he'd come back and look at it but never came back again. I gave him every chance to fix what needed to be fixed according to what we agreed to do when I paid him. Silly me forgot to make sure the sleeve was explicitly stated in the quote - I wouldn't be leaving this review but handling the matter in small claims since he didn't want to correct it. His quote came in less than his competitors, but as the old adage says "what's cheap is expensive". Now I have to pay someone else even more money to put in a sleeve where the driveway meets the road which will make the project more than the highest quote for the job. Thanks, Dave for saying you'll do a great job I'll be happy with than not making good on your promise. ETA. I don't appreciate being called a liar. He forgets we texted and I have receipts (not included). We last spoke on April 17. He says he'd come "next week" but never came. I left the review on May 3. He had the opportunity to return. He just chose not to. Maybe that "slipped his mind" too. But thanks for the rude response. Now I have in writing what was not included in the contract - that we agreed the price quoted would include a sleeve. So now I have the proof I need to take him to court to recoup the costs of having to put it in after the fact. Hope he marks his calendar when he gets the court notice and not let it "slip his mind" to show up. Note: I never complained about the shape of the driveway. The only thing discussed about the shape was the driveway curving out when it meets the road. I made no mention of that in this review, and how does that have anything to do with getting asphalt on my siding and neglecting to put in the sleeve? Dave had 3D rendering of exactly what I wanted. Typical deflection. Very disingenuous of him to attempt to flip the script and make his incompetence my fault. This person is a horrible person. Stay away.

A tree fell on part of my house so I had to replace my roof and entire siding on my house…read more I am extremely happy with the work that Keystone did. They really worked with me to get the pricing to where the insurance would accept the quote, and after quoting a few different companies they were competitively priced. They were very accommodating when I had to postpone the install a few days before they were to begin siding. Communication was generally very good, they showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. There was a small issue at end of job, but they were very receptive and out immediately to take care of my concerns. Overall a very good company and I would definitely recommend them.

We have a big issue with this company's customer support. We hired them to replace the siding on…read morethe 45-year-old manufactured home that we bought 30 years ago. When they removed the old siding they uncovered some cosmetic damage to the foundation. They said they couldn't re-cover the area with siding, as doing so would void the manufacturer's warranty. Nor could they repair the "damage" themselves because, as they said, "We're a siding company, not masons". Thus, tens of thousands of dollars later our home was an eyesore and Keystone was no where in sight. In the end I was able to fix the problem myself; a mason was not even required. I feel, though, that Keystone should have offered just a hint of customer support by fixing a relatively simple problem themselves, or at least suggesting someone who could do the work. So though they did a good job installing the siding, I would never hire them again, nor recommend that anyone else do so.
