He was confrontational toward two women who were present with their young children, creating a very intimidating environment. He demanded my ID, which I provided without issue. He then stated he needed my vehicle registration and claimed he needed to take a photo of it for his report. Although I felt very uncomfortable, I still cooperated and held the registration where he could clearly photograph it. When I attempted to ask why this documentation was necessary, he became increasingly hostile and began yelling at me instead of calmly explaining the process. He then threatened to call the police and stated we would not be able to retrieve the vehicle until officers arrived. Throughout the interaction, he was aggressive, disrespectful, and verbally abusive. At one point, he told me to "shut the f*** up" in front of my children, which was completely unacceptable and frightening for them to witness. No customer -- especially women with children present -- should be treated in such a hostile and intimidating manner. The entire experience was deeply upsetting and unprofessional.
