I paid for the water and they filled the pool without cleaning it, including cigarettes ends and 1/2 of mud and debris. The owner said don't worry it will clean itself. Of course that cost them a filter and the pool cleaner was missing his mind. They didn't make good the outside of the construction I had to pay a stucco guy. The didn't make good the garden area that was trampled. The HOA made Eddie the owner come and pick up all the building bricks etc. The power wash guy was sent after the pool was filled. Not good and he told me that he had told the crew to clean up all the cement splashes on the pool cage and spa. They didn't do that. The new lighting didn't work correctly that too from Mid November to End of Feb to fix. So many excuses while this was being done. The tiles were not straight (the original tiles which the same company installed are perfect). Also everything was stained. After many calls they did come to clean the tiles and did a good job. They replace maybe 10% of the tiles that were installed on a slope or uneven or not in line with coping. I called again. Julie who always answered and is very good promises to pass a message to the boss Eddie. Nothing, called again. Today we tried and Eddie called, threw Julie under the bus and said she never asked him to call until today. Anyway I said the timing is still a mess and nowhere near as good as your original job a year ago. He said I have no legal rights, and he isn't going to replace any tiles. He claimed he saw it and it looks great. I said BS. He then gets his panties in a bunch and said if I don't stop cursing he will put the phone down. I said I didn't curse no F bomb etc and saying his crazy statement was BS is not cursing. I offered for him to come and look at it with me and if a spirit level says I am wrong I'll shake his hand and say no more. He put the phone down and refused to answer my call. As you can see from a few photos the job is diabolical. I see the reply by the owner, a lot of which is inaccurate and mostly very untrue. The I have never reviewed the coping or tile with Eddie the owner ever. Throwing his employee under the bus shows the character of this guy and his 101 excuses and never owning up to anything shows his lack of integrity. The pictures tell the story, period. Anyone who is interested in researching this company for possible hiring are very welcome to come and view the "finished" product and the lack of quality Eddie adheres to. I live in Estero and any time is convenient. I am not going to get in to a tit for tat with words, I don't need to as the pictures tell a thousand words.

But Lucas quickly demonstrated to me that he knew what he was doing, and William anticipated how he could help him. They were quiet but meticulous with a strong bias for taking pride in their work. We experienced water squirting up from underneath the tiles within the first month. Loose tiles. Tiles that settled with lifted corners. Discoloration throughout the deck, broken glass tiles. Weeds and grass growing throughout the deck. Grout / sand missing in between tiles. ALL IN THE FIRST YEAR. Our porcelain tiles were purchase from Hard Scape .com of Fort Meyers. We paid extra thinking we were getting a better product they, Hard Scape.Com, state that their polymeric sand inhibits weed growth. This was not true. We have weeds and grass growing throughout the deck. They also stated their polymeric sand prevents erosion. This is also not true we have pockets of sand every time it rains. Erin the representative from Hard Scape.Com highly recommended Gulf Stream Pavers, who Erin stated was trained by Hard Scape.Com. Hard Scape. Com States, when you work with Hard Scape.Com you're choosing to work with their knowledgeable team that is service driven and interested in the success of your project from start to finish. This is also not true when problems arise they state they are not affiliated with the contractor who they highly recommended to you and trained. Instead they want you to take it up with the contractor and will state that they are not affiliated with any installers. Gulf Stream Pavers has said that my husband and I are looking for perfection that we are complainers. Yes Erin finally did come out to inspect the job with Cade & noted on that things needed fixing but since then it's been phone call after phone call. Text after text. Email after email. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Is this a $30,000 job between MATERIALS & LABOR? Again please keep in mind this job is ONLY a year old!!!
