Andrei kept great communication with the cabinet shop, electrician, and countertop teams, making sure everything stayed on schedule and ran smoothly. He also has all the proper GC licenses and made sure the project met Naples building code requirements, which gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. His crew was very respectful of our home--they kept everything clean, covered furniture to protect it from dust, and even used extractor fans to keep the air clear during construction. We really appreciated the attention to detail, organization, and care they put into the job. The results speak for themselves, and we're so happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend Andrei and his team if you're doing a remodel!

One of them was regarding the original round drain we had selected for the shower. Mike said to us, "With the quality of materials you guys are using, you need an up to date 'state of the art' drain for the shower" and nixed the old-style round drain. He installed a rectangular drain with tile inset and It turned out to be a great suggestion and we love everything about it! The subs he used were by and large on time and did a nice meticulous job, cleaning up the job-site almost every night before they left. There were minimal overruns and several of them were changes we made that resulted in extra work. We are very please how it turned out and continue to get amazing compliments from friends and family.

From the moment they started our seamless aluminum metal roof replacement I was beyond impressed with how smoothly and professionally everything transpired. David at DC Roofing has been excellent from the start -- responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and transparent. I chose him because of his abundance of knowledge, strong 5-star ratings, fair pricing, eye for perfection, and his exceptional integrity. Since November 2025 he patiently answered all my questions and followed up regularly. He submitted our Collier County permit the same day I signed and sent the permit number to me immediately. The crew (all direct employees, no subcontractors) is outstanding. They're skilled, efficient, respectful, and keeping the entire jobsite very organized and well protected. Every area -- driveway, lawn, landscaping, and pool -- is carefully covered. There are photos showing the start of our roof replacement to the completed finish as well as the crew actively working and installing the new metal panels. I have included wide shots of the organized tear-off phase, the clean installation of the new underlayment, close-up of the protected garage and dumpster area, workers during installation, aerial of the roof, and front of the house, and rear of the house, etc. After dealing with several unprofessional roofing companies in the past (poor communication and surprise costs), working with DC Roofing has been a refreshing and confident experience. I'm thrilled with how our roof replacement project turned out. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL FROM START TO FINISH! If you're looking for honest, professional service with excellent communication and high-quality workmanship. On a side note, they did an equally phenomenal job installing our new rain gutters as well, and yes they installed our rain gutters, they did not sub them out!! I highly recommend DC Roofing! You'll be happy you selected them and be thanking me for doing all the research in finding them.

His workers found that our roof had some loose and cracked tiles, and they repaired them for free. No charge for the estimate or the work. We were shocked and relieved since another vendor quoted us over $600 for fixing the tiles, and then another $4400 for additional work he said we needed. A total of over $5,000. David said we didn't need the extra work the other vendor suggested and had his men check to make sure. We highly recommend DC roofing for his integrity and customer service. All our friends and neighbors who recommended him had told us he was a fair and honest guy. We learned from our experience that he lives up to this reputation. When we have problems with our roof in the future, he will definitely be our first call.

Based upon the very positive reviews they had online and the fact they were an established local company, we decided to proceed with them. We were advised that indeed we had damage that required a roof replacement. They outlined every step we would not to take from filing the claim to the likely hurdles we would encounter dealing with the insurance company. Long story short, the insurance company adjuster would almost certainly issue a report that would lead the company to deny the claim. They recommended a law firm that specializes in these types of denials and we began to work through a 15-month process of suing to secure a favorable resolution. In short, because of Global's experience and guidance we were successful and one of the most important (and generally unseen) part of the home, our roof was not left in disrepair diminishing our safety ad the value of our home. There are many steps and "moving parts" to the roof replacement process (who knew?) and they were there at every step to help us make the right choices. They were particularly at keeping us informed on where things stood. Their work crews were prompt, professional and extremely careful on the job right down to thorough day cleanup of the site. The subcontractors who did certain aspects of the job were also top-notch and equally professional. Job started as promised and actually finished a few weeks early before facing another Florida Hurricane. We would highly recommend this firm. Thanks David, Ken and all of the hard working crew members that made this a seamless and easy project. Excellence- Start to Finish!
