Called a local plumbing co, but it was Sat. and no help. Mon morning I called the firm I had sent emails to on Sat. morning talked to a nice lady who informed me that they could be out about 2:00 p.m to check out the damage and give me an estimate that would cost $69. If I allowed them to do the work the $69 would apply to the cost of the work. As I was out of water for the entire weekend I decided to see if I could find someone who could come out earlier. I contacted Cajun Maintenance and was told that a plumber would be out before 0800. True to their promise a plumber arrived, looked over the problem, and wrote me a quote. I looked it over and agreed to the work and the price. The young plumber was well versed in his job because he went to work and had main feeder pipe removed at the site of the split in it. Went in from under the sink, cut the bad pipe from the inside of the house, cut a length of pipe that he soldered at the place he cut the old pipe out. Reconnected faucet and everything worked as it should. The whole thing took about 2 hours. I paid the plumber the fee that he quoted to me....It was a fair cost for getting to me as soon as I called, professional work, and the fee was very reasonable. I will definitely call Cajun Maintenance in Denham Springs if I need fast, professional service at a reasonable and fair price. Do yourself a favor and a Cajun Maintenance when you are in a bind and need help. You won't be disappointed.

I choose this company too do the repair. They responded to my call on the second ring. The service dispatch set my expectations and said they'd have someone between 1 & 4 that same day. I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. I would recommend this company to anyone and I thank their employee Jonathan for a job well done. Thanks guys, it was very professionally completed to my satisfaction.

I called them out to do a repair on the master bathroom toilet. It took them two days to figure out…read morewhat was wrong when they did they had to redo some plumbing to the septic system in the process of doing that they removed an 1 1/2 line to my aerator system. This is a rental property, so I didn't notice that it was removed for several months. It took me over a week and a half of constantly leaving messages for their office manager Todd to actually return my phone calls. Now they are denying removing the piping for my aerator when it was clearly there and working before they came and installed the new plumbing. Between the poor customer service and a technician that is clearly lying I will never use them again Yes you sent two employees out after. One gave me another estimate and the second one which I was there with him agreed that the new piping they installed was right where the piping for the Aerator was. I'm guessing someone came in the back yard and removed it and also unplugged the aerator that's been installed for the past 7 years.

If you have a true emergency don't call this company. They never called me back or come out.read more
