After the technician spent 3 minutes looking at the unit and I declined the very expensive install, it was explained that there was a $70 fee for the visit. This is reasonable; however, if that had been disclosed ahead of time, I would have likely gone elsewhere.

I called Mr. Rooter of Fulton to fix the problem Tuesday morning. With-in an hour, a plumber is there. The plumber calls me an hour after and told me that the problem is that he needed to snake the pipe. Before snaking the pipe, he had to unscrew tiles to get to the pipe. He asked for my payment information and I gave it to him (too trusting of an idiot that I am) without asking him for the price. After giving him the payment info, I asked him for the price. I was not provided with an estimate of the cost of the job before he started work. The bill came out to be $322.49 after tax for ONE HOUR's worth of work.
