We…read moreneeded someone last minute and Junk King was responsive, clear about pricing and able to come give an estimate the next day. Mitchell, Adrian and Thomas were great and we booked them on the spot. They got to work quickly and did a great job. The best part is we wanted to donate furniture that was in really good condition and they brought two trucks instead of one. One went to nearby charities to donate everything in good condition and the other to the junk yard.

They never arrived from 3:45 PM up until the time they were supposed to be there. My friend called around 5:21 PM to ask where they were and the lady told her that they were on their way and that there were no notes. When we called after 6 o'clock, which is the time that they were supposed to be there by, the lady told us that they showed up, but nobody was here. Of course, that was a lie. I was at my house and no one showed up. No one knocked on the door and no one attempted to call either. No truck entered the property. The lack of communication was horrible! Do not suggest!!! Got a call today after I gave them feed back and she said their gps showed them at the property and I call BS. At the end of the day, they didn't knock on a door that was wide open. She said they stayed on the property for 30 mins. Yet again, BS Ps: my neighbors didn't speak with y'all. I was outside with them and majority don't speak English nor Spanish lol nice try though.

One never responded, three called by phone and gave me quotes and Hefty Hauling arranged an appointment to come out, take a look at the pile of debris, talk with me and clarify exactly what I wanted done and gave me a reasonable quote. All four companies gave me the exact same quote. I went with Hefty Hauling. I notified the other three I was going with another company and one offered a $100 discount. I rejected it - the difference is the three spent less than five minutes on the phone and did not take the time to personally interface with me to find out exactly what I needed done. The actual work was done in under an hour and a half. It was quick, professional and they guys were great! 10 out of 10, would highly recommend to be cliche.
