He was very responsive and followed up multiple times to secure the job. However, he didn't complete the work that was agreed upon, and the quality of the work that he did complete was completely unacceptable. He agreed to patch drywall and left holes rough and and paint cabinets, and used the wrong color paint to touch up paint. He demanded payment despite the work being incomplete. He charged $1000.00 for three hours of work. When asked to return and complete the job, he agreed to come the following week and never showed up. He is now ignoring my calls and messages to try and make things right. I would never hire Mike for another job, no matter how small.

Don't bother. These people bid on your job, expect a signed contract from you, and then are never…read moreheard from again. In the process, they underbid legitimate painters that could actually have gotten the work done (outside) before winter set in. Moreover, the owner, who did the assessment and bid, was contemptuous about the job, repeatedly assuring me that my mere $4000 job was beneath the attention of his company, who clearly prefer high dollar contracts. There are many good painters out there and I suggest you look elsewhere for them.

Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience: they are very expensive (3-4 times more than…read moreothers!) and very poor quality. We have a small house that was just renovated and needed post-construction cleanup - less that 1,200 sq ft. New appliances, so no cleaning needed there. They sent a fancy quote through the website and we agreed on scope of work. The cost was more than double compared to other quotes but we thought we would pay for quality. Unfortunately not the case! They charged over $650 for just 4 hours of work for 2 people. That is more than $80/hr per person by the way. The result was bad. See the photos for yourself. In the basement they just swept the dirt under a work bench. Didn't wipe any construction dirt from wall plates. Cabinets had dirt in them. Bathroom floor was dirty. When I showed photos they came back. But today when it was sunny I got back and saw that the windows (for which we paid extra!) are all full of streaks and there are still cabinets full of construction dust - they didn't even open them! Stay away from this overpriced and poor quality service. UPDATE: To address owners comment: 1. There was no initial walkthrough, I think you have some template you're using for your responses. 2. There are no unsafe areas. 3. You did charge extra for window cleaning. 4. Even upon returning there were a lot of dirty cabinets that weren't even open by your staff and the windows are very dirty. If you truly want to improve your business - I welcome you to come and see the result of your people's work by yourself.
