They absolutely leave the house spotless and always open to letting me reschedule when needed. I love having a reliable cleaning service I can trust on a consistent basis. Unfortunately, we had a pretty bad experience: they are very expensive (3-4 times more than…read moreothers!) and very poor quality. We have a small house that was just renovated and needed post-construction cleanup - less that 1,200 sq ft. New appliances, so no cleaning needed there. They sent a fancy quote through the website and we agreed on scope of work. The cost was more than double compared to other quotes but we thought we would pay for quality. Unfortunately not the case! They charged over $650 for just 4 hours of work for 2 people. That is more than $80/hr per person by the way. The result was bad. See the photos for yourself. In the basement they just swept the dirt under a work bench. Didn't wipe any construction dirt from wall plates. Cabinets had dirt in them. Bathroom floor was dirty. When I showed photos they came back. But today when it was sunny I got back and saw that the windows (for which we paid extra!) are all full of streaks and there are still cabinets full of construction dust - they didn't even open them! Stay away from this overpriced and poor quality service. UPDATE: To address owners comment: 1. There was no initial walkthrough, I think you have some template you're using for your responses. 2. There are no unsafe areas. 3. You did charge extra for window cleaning. 4. Even upon returning there were a lot of dirty cabinets that weren't even open by your staff and the windows are very dirty. If you truly want to improve your business - I welcome you to come and see the result of your people's work by yourself.
