I contacted my insurance company to start a claim and soon enough, I met Beu Deanda from SERVPRO. Naturally, I was hesitant on working with someone I had never met prior and just to think that he wound have access to my property. Almost immediately upon meeting this person , he made me feel at ease and comfortable just talking to him as he explained the process and timeline. From this point and moving forward, he never disappointed and came through with everything he explained and promised would happen . He was on point with the timeline. The team he had working also were amazing and very clean with extensive work involved. Overall , I would choose Beu and SERVPRO in the future with any mitigation issues for I trust in their process and commitment to get things done and quick. Thank you Beu for your expertise and professionalism you demonstrated to me and my family.

We had used a local servpro 10 years ago in Norwalk (CA) and I knew the company. What I didn't have last time was Adrian at ServPro Glendora. Adrian the project manager and his team showed up within 45 minutes of my call. They went straight to work to do everything possible to save my floors. Adrian worked tirelessly, side by side with our insurance companies, and remained in constant contact with me to make sure I knew what was happening and next steps. Having Adrian as my ServePro project manager ensured that my disaster was manageable. Thank you Adrian, we would have been lost without you.

I've gotta say it, because you have to call it out when you see it. This company is truly something…read moreelse. They go above and beyond. Jennifer with their customer service is outstanding and the cleaning crew is stellar. We had Alassia arrive at our home yesterday 9/11/26. She had all her supplies and was ready to get to work. I had filled out the assignment sheet ahead of time so she knew exactly what I needed done and in what priority I wanted it done in. She was thorough and quick. She did a fantastic job and we greatly appreciate the help. Thank you Pink Sponge for sending her!!

I had been using Pink Sponge since they were Melania's Cleaning, so I was a loyal customer for…read moreseveral years. Overall, my experience was okay--not terrible, but not exceptional either. The main reason I decided to stop using their services was a significant price increase of about $200, which I found difficult to justify. Customer Service: The customer service team was always friendly, professional, and responsive. Whenever I had a question or concern, they got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Cleaning Quality: The quality of the cleaning was inconsistent and really depended on who was assigned to my home. Some cleaners did an outstanding job (10/10), while others were average (5/10), and a few experiences were disappointing. On one occasion, my kitchen floor wasn't mopped, and they had to return the following day to finish the job. Another time, I noticed a cleaner heating water in my microwave, which seemed odd and unnecessary since I have hot running water. I was also told that their cleaners are trained to clean around items left on countertops rather than moving them, so areas underneath appliances like toasters weren't cleaned. It was disappointing because those areas were often left untouched. I probably would have continued using the service despite the inconsistency if the pricing had remained the same. However, after the substantial increase, I no longer felt the service provided enough value for the cost. I'm giving Pink Sponge 3 stars because the customer service was consistently good, and when the cleaning was done well, it was excellent. However, the inconsistent quality combined with the higher pricing made it difficult for me to continue as a customer.

He was pretty competitive with other businesses that I had obtained quotes from so ultimately I decided to go with his business. He and his son, Nic, arrived promptly and on time to our new home and thoroughly cleaned our upstairs bathrooms, bedrooms, stairs, and downstairs. The floors were immaculate and looked amazing. They did a wonderful job and I'm happy with what we paid for their services

Ah yes, 30 years in the business. Three decades. That's what the operator will tell you. This…read morecompany runs an old truck-mounted unit that sounds like it was built during the Reagan administration and hasn't been maintained since, more like a jet engine warming up -- and they fire it up at 7 AM sharp on Saturday mornings, right outside residential homes. The noise is so loud it cuts through every wall in the house. There is no sleeping through it, no ignoring it. The whole block wakes up whether they want to or not. When I went outside and asked them to turn the output down or at least be mindful of the hour, the response was basically "city says we can work from 7 AM, Mon-Sun, so we will." No apology, no adjustment, no willingness to meet the neighborhood halfway. Just a shrug and a rulebook quote. The machine itself is clearly outdated -- newer truck mounts on the market run significantly quieter, but this company is clearly not investing in modern equipment or noise mitigation. They're running decades-old gear that rattles windows 10 houses down, and they don't care. "Legal" and "considerate" are not the same thing. Waking up an entire neighborhood at 7 AM on a weekend because your equipment belongs in a scrapyard, and then hiding behind a city noise ordinance when someone asks for basic courtesy -- that tells you everything about how this company operates. They don't give a damn about the community they work in. If this is what three decades of expertise looks like, I'd hate to see what year one was like. Probably involved actual dynamite. If you're a property manager or homeowner, ask what kind of truck mount they run and whether they take any steps to control noise. Or just hire someone who acts like they share a zip code with actual human beings.
