I mentioned it to my husband after a while and he tried to unclog it with a plunger -_- I went downstairs to the basement to get something out of our freezer and there was water dripping literally all over, right under where the sink is above. At that point it was well after five and I searched for emergency services, I got ahold of someone who referred me to Go 2 Guys. They picked up right away and were at an event feeding the homeless, I felt terrible for asking for help, but they agreed to come out and help us after we explained what was going on, even though they were busy, it was after hours and the day before a major holiday. Go 2 Guys was a literal life saver I can't imagine how much it would have cost to fix monday if they had not come out and resolved our issues. So grateful and what they charged us, a family of six with four children, on a fixed income, was so generous considering the time, day and situation. We received a letter from the city saying we had to have our pressure regulator tested. Umpqua Valley Fire seemed easy to work with and professional. I made an appointment and Colby called before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Colby got right to work. He had many gauges to fit to each of the two parts he had to test. Test results were good so we didn't have to replace any parts. Though, Umpqua Valley Fire was a bit higher than other companies, I called. I would recommend and call them again. They were quick, service was excellent and they turned the inspection report into the city, as required.
