Ms. Rose came to my house for an estimate, and the following week, she returned with her crew to clean. The results were impeccable! At one point, my security cameras detected movement, and when I checked the notification, I saw Ms. Rose standing on my counter, diligently cleaning my stove vents. I had guests arriving the same day, so I stopped by before taking them to lunch, and I was blown away. Even before they had finished, my home looked cleaner than I had ever managed on my own! Ms. Rose and her team brought all their own supplies, handled every detail, and finished just in time for lunch to be over. When I returned with my guests, they were just as impressed and even asked for referrals for their own homes! While the service is on the pricier side, it's absolutely worth every penny for the quality of work they provide. I'm incredibly grateful to Ms. Rose and her team. As a full-time student working a 9-5, I don't have much time to clean, so I've now signed up for weekly cleanings. I'll definitely continue using and recommending their services!

Touched by Angels, and its owner Rose Hernandez, engages in deceptive practices. After requesting…read moreseveral times for an itemized bill or before and after pictures for a $2021 bill, I finally received a generalized statement. When I disputed the charges ($660 to clean 2 basic bathrooms, $220 to clean a laundry closet, $275 to clean kitchen cabinets that I personally had cleaned, and a whopping $62 to clean *each* 2' x 4' window), even providing time-stamped, photographic evidence of homes prior to her arrival, and offering her a settlement of $1150, Ms. Hernandez became surly and conveniently said the areas she had to clean (the ceilings) weren't visible in the photos. I also provided links to other sites with negative reviews/complaints that identified the same concerns I had, which she said was due to rude people. It's important to note that the kitchen had been cleaned by me, the interior had been painted, new carpeting had been installed in the living room and the bedroom carpets had already been shampooed. I advised my contractor of her deceptive practices and he said he would never recommend her again. The photos are the ones I took before she arrived.

I have used this cleaning service that I believe is owned by Lola Herr in Juneau Alaska. I have…read moreused the service twice. She charges $90/hr per person. I clearly informed her that I did not want to have different people coming over to the house if I were to use her on a regular basis which was my intent as discussed with her. The first time they were two workers that I was introduced to and they did a satisfactory but not spectacular job. I presumed the same two people would show up three months later when I needed them again. Instead Lola was not even present in the country and the person that showed up at the door was not anyone I have ever met before. In cleaning my apartment,, I believe the person that she sent (Carla) apparently used a caustic cleaner on my beautiful white Faux Couch/sofa and ruined it by causing multiple unsightly eroded holes in the material of the sofa. When I noticed the damage after the cleaning person had left. I called her cell phone and reached Lola in Mexico at the time the cleaner was working in my apartment. She told me I did not have to worry about Carla and that she was a good worker and would do a good job. After the second cleaning job was completed and I had returned to the condo,I pointed out to Lola's that the sofa looked fine when her first group of cleaners came out but looked terrible after the second cleaning. I took one of the cushions of the sofa that was damaged to the furniture store where I purchased it and showed it to the man who sold me the sofa. He confirmed that it had to have been a caustic cleaner that was applied to close the damage that was caused and that he was sure as he had seen this type of damage before. I sent Lola's a text with photos of the sofa before and after the second cleaning and illustrated that the sofa was fine just a few months ago but was now damaged. I was very calm and professional when I texted her and she answered by texting back a long defensive response stating that she was not surprised that the furniture person would blame her And that the damage must have been there before. I alluded to the recent photos, indicating that the sofa was fine before the second person came out to do a cleaning and asked Lola what might have been used on the sofa that was not used before. She remained extremely defensive. During a subsequent text exchange she suggested she would ask a canvas repair man if he could do anything since she had asked me if there was anything she could do to "fix" things although she made it a point to state she did not feel responsible and mentioned one of her workers had tried to use a stain remover on a small stain she said I had mentioned. The only stain on the beautiful sofa was a very small ink pen marking and the damage on the sofa went far beyond that. It is my opinion that the person who did the second cleaning was probably unsupervised and since Lola was in Mexico when the cleaning was being done, I don't think she could have offered much supervision. I am attaching photos just before and after the second cleaning and the damage is pretty self-evident. I will not use this service again as my expectation is that a professional house cleaning service should be aware of what cleaning products may be used on which furniture or other areas cleaned. I thought Lola's defensiveness was uncalled for including what seemed like an endless text stream of other leather furniture she had cleaned with no problems even though that had nothing to do with my concern regarding the damage to my faux leather sofa. She could have at least shown some empathy for my concern and she did not.I do not think the damage was caused intentionally but I do think it resulted from using the wrong product on the sofa and as such I cannot recommend the Quickclean house cleaning service in Juneau to others.
