Well, a day into my bucket list trip with my Pops in Alaska, I was in full on regret. I wanted a real camera; not my iPhone. Art is the guy. He is honest, knows his cameras, and is the kinda guy you love and wish you lived the life of. Art gave me a price on the X-T2 that was literally $800 less that every place in LA. The selection was limited, as it didn't include Sony or Canon, but Art explained the markups on those brands were BS and those companies didn't give him a margin to make any profit selling. That's honest. In summation, Art is a gem. Probably worth flying to Juneau just to purchase a Fuji camera from him.

These guys do not understand "Logistics" and completely failed me…read more I worked with Tanya to arrange moving 3 pallets of freight from AML Juneau to a storage unit in Juneau. She assured me that they would be able to move my pallets as soon as they arrived on the barge. Several days after the freight had shown up at AML's dock I called to ask if it had been done. From then on, she refused to take my phone calls. I called 6 more times. She was always "just stepped out" or "back tomorrow" and she never ever called back. Ever. Finally Erica, the receptionist, was able to pass along to me the fact that they weren't going to do it, because their truck was broken. (They apparently couldn't figure out how to rent a truck. It's part of logistics.) At no time did they let me know what was happening. I finally hired World Wide Movers. AML meanwhile is charging me a daily rate to store the freight. That charge of $2,800 is more than the shipping and more than the freight is worth. For the amount of the storage fee, I could have flown to Juneau 1st class and rented a truck myself. I know how. They do not understand Logistics, they will not answer your calls and you'll get stuck holding the bill. Beware!

we started renting from the Jordan Creek Juneau Self Storage site back in 2010 when they were first…read morebuilt. when we first started renting the cost of the unit was right around $120.00. we moved out of state so I could go to college and when we came back we moved to Wasilla. when I went to get our things out we found most of our furniture had been ruined by mice. there were droppings and urine over everything. unless it was sealed. we got most of the stuff and were planning another trip to throw stuff out and pick up the few things we left. During the years the prices went up. I understood some of the increases. soon we were over $200. This January they raised the prices to $320. I told them I was surrendering the unit and that they were not to charge my card again. That was four months who, each month I tell them to not charge my card. The only communication I have from them is the owner telling me to call and talk about it. I told him there is nothing to talk about, I refuse to pay that much for storage there anymore. Even after that communication they refuse to stop charging my debit card. I know in Juneau you don't have many choices, they have pretty much bought everyone else out so they can charge what they want, that probably explains the astronomical price increase. Be careful when doing business with them don't use your bank debit card as I did. Use a card with good fraud protection so when they do not stop charging you can stop the charges.

I had to wait for someone who was in at 7 am. The washers are ok performance wise, but smell moldy because people don't let the doors open to air dry. ***the biggest surprise -the dryers. It costs 25cents/minute for the 2 big dryers, while the smaller ones will charge 25 cents for the first 2 min, then 25 cents for 3 additional minutes. The dryers say 25, but the surprise is total. $10 wasn't enough to dry 2 loads of clothes. I left with dump things, because I didn't had enough money with me.

We found this place online in Juneau, dropped off at 9:15 am, clothes for 4 people were washed, dried, folded, and saran wrapped ready to go by 1 pm. (They told us 2pm, but were early). They updated us via text, we paid online before we picked up. All clothes were present and accounted for. I would 10/10 recommend and return.

Good points: the counter staff is nice and they have your clothes ready when they say they will. The prices are reasonable too, especially considering they have no competitors. The bad news is that they damage a pretty high percentage of the clothes you entrust them with. Ruined or missing buttons are most common, but they also wet washed a jacket I brought in for dry cleaning and had the nerve to attach a note claiming I had insisted on not dry cleaning it. My rough estimate is that about one item in twenty gets some form of damage here but, Murphy's Law being in effect, the item damaged will be the most valuable or favorite thing you bring in. They are fine for items you can handle being harmed but don't drop off anything you care a lot about.
