Called J & J but we're told they were short on staff, Illness, vacation, jury duty, etc., so didn't expect to hear from them. Within a couple of hours we got a call and they were here within 1/2 hour. Spent nearly 3 hours putting hot water down and cleared the frozen clog. Also gave us ideas on how to avoid this in the future. But more than all that, they called a few days later to make sure everything was still flowing!! Greatly appreciate the follow-up. Doesn't happen very often and so appreciated this extra communication.

After the work was finished, I insisted that somebody return to re-do the work. They did not want to re-do the work, but eventually returned to do this. Things were only marginally better after the second cleaning because they were angry and uninterested and came with bad attitudes.

At one point, my security cameras detected movement, and when I checked the notification, I saw Ms. Rose standing on my counter, diligently cleaning my stove vents. I had guests arriving the same day, so I stopped by before taking them to lunch, and I was blown away. Even before they had finished, my home looked cleaner than I had ever managed on my own! Ms. Rose and her team brought all their own supplies, handled every detail, and finished just in time for lunch to be over. When I returned with my guests, they were just as impressed and even asked for referrals for their own homes! While the service is on the pricier side, it's absolutely worth every penny for the quality of work they provide. I'm incredibly grateful to Ms. Rose and her team. When I disputed the charges ($660 to clean 2 basic bathrooms, $220 to clean a laundry closet, $275 to clean kitchen cabinets that I personally had cleaned, and a whopping $62 to clean *each* 2' x 4' window), even providing time-stamped, photographic evidence of homes prior to her arrival, and offering her a settlement of $1150, Ms. Hernandez became surly and conveniently said the areas she had to clean (the ceilings) weren't visible in the photos. I also provided links to other sites with negative reviews/complaints that identified the same concerns I had, which she said was due to rude people. It's important to note that the kitchen had been cleaned by me, the interior had been painted, new carpeting had been installed in the living room and the bedroom carpets had already been shampooed. I advised my contractor of her deceptive practices and he said he would never recommend her again. The photos are the ones I took before she arrived.
