When we finally got someone they told us they wouldn't be back because our pool required more work than they would do because they had too many other customers!! I guess they only charge almost $200 PLUS THE CHARGES FOR CHEMICALS for pools in perfect condition.

In reality, our entire yard needs to be replaced Extremely unprofessional and hostile employees: When I asked a simple question of one of the owners of the company, he immediately got hostile and threatened me in front of my kids and then walked off the job In short, Barracuda Pools is understaffed, overbooked, unprofessional, and does subpar quality work. You will be lied to, disrespected, verbally abused, and left paying tens of thousands of dollars to other people to finish the job. I would advise anyone who has a current contract with them to get out of it immediately. If you are considering them, do yourself a favor and hire someone more competent.

Kept having to push back my water, fence and electrical. They excavated my back yard and they dug a hole much bigger then the pool. Then the pool guys finally show up at 4:30pm, they are asking why there is no sand. Brian, the owner never told us we need 5 tons of sand. Now I have to race to get that and pay for it. Once the pool finally went up, they left all their trash on my lawn. Gatorade and cigarettes. Now because the excavation for the pool is large then the pool itself, now I have to pay to get fill! Pool guys tell us to get the CRATERS around the pool filled in ASAP. Said if water gets under the pool, then we are in trouble. What a rip off. Honestly, don't waste your time. By time I paid for 5 tons of sand and 10 tons of fill, All Clear was more expensive than the original company I was going to use.

I spoke with Carolyn the owner, and she declined our business. She stated that she was not paid by another subcontractor of the cable company in the past, and now she wasn't taking any business from any subcontractors of the cable company. I offered to pay her with a Company credit card immediately, to insure that they would be paid promptly and she still declined our business. Unbelievable.
