His professionalism along with knowledge on his products as well as giving his professional opinion on what pool would best suit the layout of our yard as well as what would be best to accommodate our Family! No matter how many concerns or questions you may have, he will return your phone call and have you satisfied before you hang up! I can go on and on and on with ALL POSITIVE FEEDBACK, all in all it was a VERY PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE! On the Installation end- his workers were very thorough, friendly, informative, they allowed me to ask ANY questions I wanted, allowed me to sit out there and watch the ENTIRE process without being bothered, and allowed me to photograph the process for before, during and after photos. Big plus- they cleaned up after themselves and acted professionally the entire time! I am now left with an ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS POOL, that even my neighbors are remarking about & even kids in the neighborhood said "THAT'S the pool to swim in!" Great Quality that won't break you financially! Most important of all, as Pablo quoted- "WE DO EVERYTHING, ALL YOU NEED IS TO SUPPLY ELECTRIC AND WATER!"... A significant amount of debris from the power washing ended up in the pool leaving it in terrible condition. I tried cleaning it twice with a robotic pool cleaner but it wasn't enough. In the end, I had to hire a professional pool service which had to significantly lower the water level and perform extensive cleaning to restore the pool to normal. This resulted in an unexpected expense that could have been avoided if proper precautions had been taken. When I contacted the contractor his response was basically sorry to hear your disappointed - I did my best. In fact, rather than take responsibility, he deflected responsibility by suggesting several excuses which were not true. While I appreciate that accidents can happen, I was disappointed that he took no responsibility for the additional expense I incurred and made no effort to offer any type of compensation or resolution. I understand that some debris is unavoidable but homeowners should be able to expect reasonable care to protect their property. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward power washing job ended up costing me additional time, money and frustration. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone with a pool to discuss in advance what precautions will be taken to prevent debris from ending up in the water.
