He kept telling me how nice it looked, and how he thought it wasn't very dirty. He was in and out of the house very quickly, and we had two sets of stairs, and several rooms to clean. The carpet didn't look much better when he was done, and two months later, it looks much worse that if we hadn't had them "cleaned" at all. I was hoping the "zero residue" would prevent this, but it turns out the only difference is that they use purified water. We are going to have to hire another company to come in and clean properly just to get the carpet to look as good as it did before Zerorez came out to "clean" it.

We had a spill the very next day on the "cleaned" area rug so I got out my carpet cleaning machine. The return water was black & the area I cleaned was a noticeable clean spot vs the rest of the rug. When I talked to a manager about the poor results I was offered another "window" appointment for a "consultation". No apology & didn't want to see photos. The rubber soled water shoes I put on became completely wet while working on my carpet. I reached out to them and they became very defensive. They refunded $25, which I did not ask for. I only wanted them to use their equipment to clean and extract as much of the dirt and water as possible. The had advertised and promised deodorizer. I didn't get that. The were also to use enzyme pet treatment; I don't know if they did that. My apartment is 710 sqft. There is no carpet in the bathroom, kitchen or laundry areas. The furniture had been moved to those areas or pushed up against the walls prior to them arriving. I was told if I paid with a credit card I would be charged a fee by the credit card company. I have text messages outlining what they would do. I do not believe they lived up to their commitment. Though my carpets do look a bit cleaner on the surface, I feel they could have done a better job of deep cleaning and leaving my carpet dryer so I wouldn't have had to spend hours extracting dirt and water myself.
