Jose told me about using our insurance and getting the claim #. I have to say they were out to our house so fast! They went right to work, cleaning up the area where it leaked into the cellar. Everyone of the team members were very polite and genuinely nice. From Jose to crew shift Peter to the crew Luis, Sebastian, and Franco. I can't sing their praises any louder! Definitely highly recommend this group of guys. Thank you for making a terrible experience of water all over into something positive by being so helpful and getting it done so fast.

This…read moremid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. They also performed spot cleaning of selected areas of our stucco facades, masonry chimney and flagstone terrace where stubborn dirt had collected on the surface. They completed their work to my complete satisfaction in one day and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, once again, I can and do highly recommend TruCLEAN Wash for this type of roof cleaning, for cedar shingles, as well as slate and/or terra cotta roof tiles that become stained from mildew, mold, moss, sap and other tree droppings, as well as general air pollution. One can quickly tell that Paul and his team take pride in producing high quality workmanship to achieve the desired final results. The entire TruCLEAN Washteam was eager to accommodate, if not exceed, the expectations of a very demanding client. Alexander V. Bergo, AIA Sept. 19, 2023

Sergiu was a true gentleman with outstanding customer service. He was very nice, polite & professional with both my wife & I. He took his time with the house, my little girl was looking through the glass door at him & he was very nice to her which is also a plus. He cleaned up any debris that fell from the roof. Most importantly, he made our house look nice & clean. I highly recommend him. He was super nice and despite a language barrier we were able to discuss what I needed cleaned. It was slightly annoying to me that Cleaning day did not give him all of the details though. I don't think I should have had to explain things but alas, the clean he did was great!! Really the reason I'm not giving 5 stars is bc it seems rly up to chance, the communication from the company feels extremely lacking and there's no support for a language barrier. There were a few miscommunications also (which again was NO fault of Alejandro's!). The price felt like I underpaid for the kitchen clean but overpaid for the bedroom - it was tough to know what to expect based on the website and not being able to totally communicate with the cleaner they sent (and I know they have bilingual staff bc someone called me as the cleaner was having an issue getting into my building.) Overall I might book again, but I'd know I need to be home for the entire cleaning so I am able to communicate various things the cleaner wasn't told. Which is sort of annoying to know that for the several hours a cleaner is there, I also have to be. I'd probably use this service again! But just have realistic expectations of what the process will look like to get you your beautifully cleaned home!
