Review in english and spanish: About two weeks ago, I got an…read moreestimate from Acosta Electronics in Homestead for window tinting. I agreed to the price and was told to come back the following Saturday. When I returned, Mr. Acosta said he didn't have the correct tint but told me not to worry because he would purchase it on Monday and asked me to come back today. When I showed up today, I was given yet another excuse this time involving the tint paper. He then claimed he was "trying to help" by calling his son, who quoted me 100% more than the original agreed price. This experience felt dishonest and very unprofessional. I wasted multiple trips and time based on commitments that were not honored. It honestly seemed like he no longer wanted to deal with my car because the job would take too long, instead of just being upfront about it. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

Recently, my son had a five-inch muffler tip installed at the shop, and unfortunately, it later fell off. When we brought the issue to the owner's attention, there was no hesitation and no excuses. He immediately ordered a replacement muffler tip, paid for it himself, and offered to install it at no charge. Mistakes can happen in any business, regardless of how good they are. What separates a great business from the rest is how they respond when something does go wrong. Castellanos Muffler and Tire handled the situation exactly the way a reputable business should. It's refreshing to see a company that takes pride in its work, stands behind its name, and genuinely takes care of its customers. It's no wonder they've been in business for over 30 years.
