I tried to get the driver's attention and he looked over and just nodded his head. I contacted them immediately and was emailed a Windshield Claims Form. They apologized for the incident and told me that they would forward the form along with the pictures that were taken at the time of the incident to the claims department. After contacting them several times, I was told that it was being investigated. I called back again on the 18th day and was told the claim was denied. There was no communication, no investigation, just a denied claim. No one followed up with me to investigate anything. Cirillo Bros., Inc took it upon themselves to decide that they shouldn't pay for something they are responsible for. When I asked if I could speak to anyone else, possibly the claims department, I was told they are busy. I asked who denies and approves claims, I was told it was the owner, Mike Cirillo. Still, no contact from anyone from this company and now I am out of $350 because they wouldn't take responsibility for something they caused.

The 3 employees that performed the clean out at my home did a great job. They arrived early and cleared at least 2/3 away, left to dump the truck, returned quickly and finished the job, leaving the back yard area nice and clean. If I need a clean out/pick up service in the future, I will definitely use DelCo Clean Out again, and I would recommend them to anyone who may need such services. We even got a discount since we had everything outside and ready to go, so we gave the guys that cleaned out the property a bigger tip.

This company just attempts to blow the leaves onto grass and tries to cut grass (instead of picking up and bagging the leaves). The problem is there is still tons of leaves left in the shrubbery and also many parts of the leaves blown onto the grass aren't fully cut, so they blow back onto the patio and other parts of the house. After talking with Alfredo (owner) on the phone, he tried to say that is how he does it. But this is OBVIOUSLY the lazy way to try and remove leaves from a property. The house doesn't look good, and he is attempting to charge for services that still don't remove the leaves from the property. Look elsewhere for a landscaping company
