Michael, of Triple Star Property Maintenance was the one who immediately called me, put together a quick and very reasonable estimate, and continued to communicate in order to meet all our needs. We are so pleased with our beautiful new trees and will definitely use Michael if we need anything in the future. He even comes with a Yelp guarantee! We highly recommend him. We need new trees planted because what they planted died, but we have not been able to get anyone to come out and do anything for us. We have sent numerous emails, called the store, even went into the store- they claimed they couldn't replace our trees because they didn't have our original design order on file. What?? It's been over 4 months with absolutely no follow-up from them. I would recommend finding someone else. We are contacting Arredondo Landscaping for our service from now on. For what we spent with them we expect top service and we got nothing.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Pat's Tree Service LLC based on my experience…read more We agreed on a price and scheduled the job for Saturday at 8:00 AM. Saturday morning, I was told that his machine had broken down and that he was trying to borrow one from a friend. I understood that unexpected issues happen and appreciated the update. He then confirmed he would come Sunday instead. Sunday came, and he never showed up. I reached out to ask if he was still coming, but I never received a response. What makes this especially frustrating is that I had three other insured companies ready to do the job, some for less money. I turned them down because I believe in honoring my commitments once I've made an agreement. Unfortunately, that same respect was not returned. Because he failed to show up and stopped communicating, I had to explain the situation to my tenants after I had already told them the tree would be removed over the weekend. It made me look unreliable through no fault of my own, and now I'm spending my Monday scrambling during work to find another contractor to do a job that should have been completed days ago. As a business owner myself, I understand that equipment breaks and plans change. What I cannot understand is confirming a second appointment, not showing up, and then completely ignoring your customer. A simple phone call or text would have been enough. If you choose to hire this company, I strongly recommend having a backup plan. My experience was that they did not honor the agreed-upon schedule and stopped communicating entirely.
