At first I was a little skeptical because when I got there there was one lane going into the service area and one lane coming out but I soon saw that they had six tech stations waiting on customers. Ashley was the one I had talk to on the phone and recognized me immediately even though we had never met. She checked me in and asked me a lot of questions about the problem and then fixed me up with a loaner car. She let me know it would be the following day before they could analyze the problem and she would give me a call as soon as she knew anything. She kept me informed through text and phone calls.
