By the time they responded to my email (which was a week later) I was out of town again which was unfortunate. Now, fast forward six months to the present day. I am in town for a couple of days. I email them again asking to set up an appointment. No response. I check online again and call their listed phone number and get an automated response system which lists the store hours and it should be open. I even attempted to reach their store representative several times to no avail. I drive all the way out there and it's closed again! Look, if you're going to have your store hours posted online along with a automated response system confirming those same hours, you better be open. Hopefully no one else makes the same mistake as me. Don't bother trying to visit the store - it's a total waste of time and expensive gas.
