It has everything you need if you know you're way around a gym or have an app. TRX, Squat rack, free weights, treadmill etc. Next time we come up we'll for sure be back. Maybe we'll even try to make a class. I don't know if this is the norm or if it was the holiday but we only saw one other person there all three times we went. So we had the run of the place. I personally have been practicing Yoga and Meditation here for 19 months. I have never done Yoga or meditation before coming to Awareness Village. I am Disable Veteran. I am able to do Yoga because of the amazing instruction of Awareness Village's Instructor, Julie Hodges. Awareness Village emphasize, "Yoga for Anyone:" I truely believe this since I started instruction at Awareness Village. I am able to do most of the positions safely.
