I"ve been going here since 2010 when Dr. Bogden did my first knee replacement, he did the other in…read more2017. When I got a compound fracture of my wrist, I only saw the PA but she was awesome. Dr. Sargent did a great job treating me for tears in the rotator cuff. He did not recommend surgery even though the awful pain may have convinced me I needed it.

Hello I will stay anonymous here. I was seen in the Brick office on Thursday September 10, 2026. I…read moresaw Dr Phillips. While he was examining the reason why I was there, I could see he was sick from his eyes. He coughed while he was very close to my face and was not wearing a mask. I became very nervous because I have a weak immune system and prayed that I did not catch what I thought simply was "his cold". By Sunday morning, I felt like I was hit with a Mack truck. My fever was 102. I had flu like symptoms, head cold symptoms and had a hard time breathing due to my asthma. No matter what I did, I could not get warm. I missed 5 days of work last week. Finally on Thursday September 17, 2026, I went to my GP. She swabbed me for COVID, SARS and RSV. This morning Sunday September 20, my GP called me at 12:26 and told me that I tested a hard positive for COVID!!!! I still have a fever and symptoms but am getting better. I am not allowed back to work this week per my GP. How many patients became sick from seeing Dr Phillips on 9/10/26? PLEASE get tested for COVID if you are not feeling better. When this is all said and done, I will have lost 10 days of pay at the very least. I am not mad because it is human nature to be sick. I am scared financially because I live paycheck to paycheck. Maybe Dr Phillips will pay me for the 10 days of lost wages?!?! Maybe Dr Phillips should have stayed in bed or at the very least, worn a mask to protect his patients. As a senior, this was not very nice and he should know better.

I actually looked forward to seeing them twice weekly for over 6 months! The range of motion in my shoulders has increased dramatically! I cannot recommend this office enough!!

They have been advised to never ever buy me a GC their again. I called and asked the Brick office if they did massages over 50 mins and the joke of an office manager said no. So I then asked do you guys have appointments all day and they said yes. So I then proceeded to ask if I could book two back to back appointments and was then again told no by the office manager who is obviously not trained to be an office manager. Here is where it gets strange. So im like ok, lets try this, since you book hourly appointments almost all day can I book a morning appt and then an afternoon appt? Again this power hungry manager tells me no. Im not using insurance, im paying in cash. So I ask you what is the problem except that this manager wanted to exhibit authority over me. Its not a health risk, so their is absolutely no reason to not do this. Called Stephanie the RGM who could not give me a reasonable explanation either. Why in the world could I not book 2 appointments in one day? Why couldnt my requests be granted? So instead they had me drive almost 40 mins out of my way to bayville because they wanted to cater to the tyrant of a office manager at the Brick office. So do yourself a favor folks, dont go here. Their are way better places out there that will still go out of their way for their customers. The OM in Brick needs to be fired or coached. Everyone I spoke to at Thompsons said, " if it was me I would do it for you." They were as confused as I was. So do yourself a favor, steer clear of Thompson and find a place that isnt bottom line driven and still cares about its customers.
