Called about a broken wrist needing a cast. Person on the phone was rude uncaring and hung up on me. Go anywhere else.

Went in for a cyst on great toe. Had it removed and the pain to great toe is much more intense all the time. I've called to let them know and that I no longer had private insurance. It's been 7 months my toe remains red, extremely sensitive to touch. I'm baffled how they truly just don't care or accommodate. Shame on them! Looking for a doctor, although I don't think they will touch his mess. read more

I hurt my shoulder back in Jan 2021, and like most moms, I let it go, didn't know when I hurt it or how, I just plowed through it and kept on with life. But in Aug or Sept it realllly started to hurt, I couldn't sleep on my side, I couldn't lift grocery bag, regular every day chores became significantly more difficult. So my Primary Dr. sent me to Seaview for consultation and such. After x-rays and cortisone shot and a few weeks of physical therapy there or at home due to my work schedule, it still is not better. We knew this might be the case so, no surprise there and with that said, I haven another appoint this week and discuss having an MRI this time, since X-rays do not show soft tissue issues. I will update after this next appointment. With that said, the staff in the office and Dr. C are very professional, they listened to my concerns with regards to my pain level and arm movement issues/limitations. My experience and interactions with the PT team was positive and they gave me plenty of exercises to do at home, when I could not go to the office. read more

Well Seaview Orthopedic still holds the record for the worst patient services around . Trying to make an appointment or try to have a prescription filled is time consuming and painful . In my situation it literally takes an hour or more to set up an appointment. Seaview is automated and it is very difficult to speak to a live person , it is downright disgraceful to have a practice with such poor service. The doctors are on a scale of 1 to 10 are a solid 5 . I suggest if you want quality care find another practice, they clearly don't fill the bill . read more

I don't even know where to begin. I have never had any issues with the office staff. They have always been professional and friendly with me so this review has nothing to do with them. However DR GREEN is a totally different story. I have been having foot pain for years. He continued to try tarsal surgery when I didn't get any relief from it, then it was follow up after follow up after follow up. I finally had enough and requested putting in a nerve stimulator. Why he didn't give this any thought makes me laugh. I had to do my own research. He agreed and put in the stimulator. I had problems from day ONE. The wire lead kept poking out of my skin in an area with very weak scar tissue. Why he used that area still baffles me. It started in July and is still happening in October. I am now seeing a wound care specialist because I have had an open wound since July. The wound care specialist said this stimulator HAS TO COME OUT. The odds of me getting a very bad infection are very high. Why didn't DR green do this instead of using a wooden cotton swab to push this lead back in the hole it was coming out from. You want to know why MONEY. He had me back to his office twice and to the OR twice to keep just pushing this lead back in the hole.Thank god I have found another doctor to take this mess on and fix it most doctors won't take on others messes. Thank goodness I didn't acquire a real nasty infection. I would tell you to stay away from Dr Green. He doesn't listen to you, He is in and out of the exam room for your appointments and always looks for the easy most expensive option to fix your issues. If you pick DR. I agree with some of the reviews to an extent - trying to reach a doctor directly by phone is near impossible. The wait time on the phone can be long. I also was passed around to voicemail. When I requested in person to leave a message for my doctor the Ortho scheduling person wrote a number down on a post it and grumbled as she handed it to me - "call this number..." Being friendly is not in the job description, and I don't know if they were just having a bad day, but the attitude definitely left me feeling they didn't care. I also need to see physical therapy and occupational therapy, but was told I can't make 2 appointments in one day due to billing. Recently I can say I've been happy with the therapy appointments I've been receiving, and I hope to feel the need to change my review in the future. It's a shame the physical therapy/occupational therapy departments can't be reviewed separately from the Orthopedic office staff. read more

Do not go to these people. We have been managing my 89-year-old mom's health care from a distance. Because she is having issues with severe leg pain, we contacted Seaview Orthopaedics. It is a tremendous burden for her to get to their Brick office, especially now that she is in pain. And yet, after 3 office visits with three different doctors, plus an MRI at their request, they are requiring her to come into the office just to "talk about it", with no treatment. Just a conversation that they could easily have on the phone rather than making an 89-year-old woman arrange for transportation and come in, yet again. She is done with them, and I don't blame her. Lazy, non-communicative, and zero follow-through. There must be a better, more responsive, more reliable orthopedist in the area. read more

Dr. Did not listen when my daughter who was in tears and told him that her back pain is at an11! Bedside manner is nonexistent and criticized her for the meds given to her in the ER. I thought she'd get some much needed help but was told just do PT, was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Shame on you!!! read more

There really needs an option on Yelp for a "0" Stars because this place would deserve it. This is the worst, most lazy and incompetent staff I have ever seen. The call center is in Ocean, NJ and those morons there are the worst of the worst. You have to call like 10 times just to get somebody to do their jobs and then they still screw it up. They are completely lazy and useless. These women have ZERO pride in their work. They honestly should find something outside of the medical field because they are absolutely pathetic. These doctors are money hungry and don't care about their patients. I was continually billed for shots in my knees instead of being out in for knee replacement surgery. And now with the virus and my age I can't work so they put me in collections without even a phone call. DO NOT USE THESE DOCTORS!!!! read more

A disaster from start to finish. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for an appointment only to be seen by the wrong doctor for my injury. That doctor requested 2 MRIs with a follow-up to review results. As I was walking out the door for the appointment to review the results, I received a phone call that I was again scheduled with the wrong doctor - appointment had to be rescheduled. There were so many other issues as well it was bordering on absurd. The physical therapy on site is awful. The room is windowless, dark, and stuffy. Equipment is dated and dirty, you do not get 1-on-1 attention, and therapists are unprofessional. I found myself waiting for the therapist to give me new exercises, etc. because she was splitting her time. I was so disgusted by the 5th or 6th visit I began seeing another orthopedist and now go to Centrastate Physical Therapy. There I receive 1-on-1 appointments, a clean and bright environment, a much higher level of professionalism, and new equipment. read more

I'm absolutely appalled at the scheduling department here. My daughter spent an afternoon/evening in the ER with a possible wrist fracture. When I called in the morning (Monday) at the start of office hours explaining my daughters wrist injury, the ER visit, that she's 13, and in a lot of pain, the soonest they could see her was a week later. They even had the nerve to laugh when I stressed how much pain she was in and if they were sure they didn't have anything available for an emergency situation. Children aren't supposed to have to suffer for a week, no one should for that matter! Where was the compassion? Where was the help I desperately needed for my daughter? We ended up finding another Orthopedic practice that saw my daughter 2 hours later. Seaview is a no view as far as I'm concerned, done. read more
