People after me getting their coffees and much more difficult to make than mine. Not to mention the lack of courtesy when I checked on my coffees. Oh and then when we finally got them mine first and then 10 minutes later my friends it was wrong. No apology. It felt more like I should apologize for wanting what I paid for.

I visited this quaint little town (Volant) from Cleveland in July 2021 over Independence Day holiday weekend. INSIDE -- It is a small shop but big enough where you can move around. TEA -- I don't drink coffee so as an avid tea drinker, I was happy to see the assortment of teas sold here. I bought a gourmet Rooibos tea which is a red herbal tea found in South Africa. There are only 15 tea bags inside and I remember the price was quite expensive. I actually grew up drinking Rooibos tea in South Africa and it is definitely an acquired taste but I love it. This particular blend of Rooibos is made out of Smith's Teamaker in Portland, Oregon. I highly recommend buying it if you enjoy tea. FUDGE -- Soft, chewy, and homemade. They offer free samples so one of the employees offered me a sample of some fudge and it was delicious. I forgot the type that I had but it may have been chocolate flavoured. I didn't buy any fudge because I was on a budget and I had already spent money at other shops. **** - 40/150 total reviews in 2022 - 518 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 3 April 2022

The concept is really cute with sandwich options to choose from, and of course the build your own charcuterie boards! It's a beautiful place with a nice, open interior and comfortable seating outside. I tried the Gouda grilled cheese with tater tots and a side of caprese salad. They also didn't really have iced tea on the menu, but they offered to make me one and it was probably the best iced tea I've ever had! The sandwich was perfectly crispy and buttery on the outside - an element that is very important to me! The flavors were very good also. My only complaint would be that I wish the cheese had been a bit more melted. It wasn't really melted at all, for what I would expect from a grilled cheese sandwich. The tater tots and ranch were very good. There seemed to be some herbs in the tots, which I liked. The only thing I really didn't care for was the caprese salad. It just had an off taste to it and I ended up only eating one bite. All in all, I will definitely go back! It's a great place!

While I was there I also had a chance to walk around the shop and found some cool things that may eventually end up making their new home in ours. The service was friendly and they checked in just enough to feel supported but not smothered. I don't have a ton of experience with flower shops but this one seems as good as I can expect and the flowers look great. Recommend.

I have never been one to publicly put a business on blast or leave bad reviews. However, my…read moreexperience today felt like that was warranted. I ordered my daughter's senior prom bouquet from Butz Flowers, a business that touts "50 years of experience," and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. During the consultation, we specifically requested calla lilies (and paid extra for them) and said NO roses. They asked us to email exactly what we wanted, which we did. The bouquet we received looked nothing like the photos. No calla lilies, but roses included, and overall, not even close to what we ordered. We paid $127 for this arrangement. When I saw the bouquet, I called the florist, thinking they gave my daughter the wrong order, I was told it was the correct one. Upon explaining our dissatisfaction, I was told that it's "always florist choice." If that's true, why ask for photos? Why charge extra for specific flowers you don't intend to provide? I politely asked for a refund. After being transferred multiple times and offered only a $25 in-store credit, I finally spoke with the owner, who was snarky and unprofessional. He insisted I return the bouquet for a full refund--even though prom was in hours and he admitted he couldn't provide the correct flowers anyway. Only after pushing back, He eventually issued a refund, but the experience was stressful, dismissive, and completely avoidable. This wasn't my first time receiving flowers completely different from what I ordered from them. We decided to give them another chance due to the fact we were doing a consultation and the fact that they were the only florist open on the day we needed to order and the most convenient for pickup on prom day. I regret that decision. For a business that prides itself on half a century of service, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care was shocking. I will never spend another dollar here and strongly encourage others to take their business elsewhere. The first two pictures are what we ordered, the second 2 are what we received.
