Well done. Arrived a tad late but it's still very well done. Thanks. It's a beautiful arrangement and the person loved it.

I ordered flower wreath for funeral, the wreath arrived 30 minutes late. The price is not cheap besides they charged delivery fee. I have called the florist many times to ensure delivery but they still failed read more

Love these arrangements from a local florist! I just placed a Valentine's Day order for my mom and the experience was fantastic. Their website has absolutely beautiful arrangements, but I decided to call in to finalize the details. The person I spoke with was super friendly and made the whole process a breeze. It's rare to find such great customer service these days, highly recommend! read more

Sepideh is beautiful spirit and her creation for my wedding was one of a kind. I sent her a few design ideas from Pinterest and received my bouquet the day of my wedding. I know that's a lot of trust to place in someone you met via Yelp but I trust this community. The previous reviews were spot on and I am so pleased with the final product. I also spoke to Sepideh on the phone and trusted she would deliver something exquisite for my special day. The price for my one of a kind bouquet was very much worth it. The delivery person ran a bit later than our initial time but it made it ahead of the ceremony. Thank you so much Sepideh for your elegant design and the experience with your business was very memorable. Blessings! read more

AHhhh - I just received the most elegant birthday flowers from Ivory florist! Who knew such a nice flower spot was hiding right here in Irvine? I've had some not great experiences with flowers from other places being delivered and just not living up to the picture of what I was being sold or the flowers arriving half dead. Not the case here!!! I'm drooling over how beautiful the flowers are - even the vase is amazing. Stunning choice of flowers with different textures - looks like a million bucks! Looking forward to making this my go to place to order flowers from from now on. read more

I am thrilled I found this florist!! Everything about my experience was just WOW! They took my order professionally and were able to figure out exactly what I was looking for. The selection of flowers were unique and the colors perfectly matched. The price was so worth it! Delivered on time and with a smile. I am so happy with my flowers and will be ordering from them very soon!! Reliable, professional and well-priced this florist would be great for work events and important occasions. I called to place an order the day before delivery. The woman who answered the phone (the owner?) was very helpful in answering all my questions and helped select what kind of flowers I should select. Delivery was on time the next day! The arrangement looked beautiful. Def recommend! read more

I paid over $300 for the floral arrangement which was delivered to her work late at 5:24 pm! Who is still at work then?! Unfortunately my daughter was not there to receive the bouquet for her birthday. She left already. The arrangement was beautiful as order but if you're going to pay top price, don't you think it should be delivered earlier in the day at work? One star for the arrangement but obviously it was anti-climatic... Just talked with the owner. She said they had an event that day so that is why the delivery was late. She was apologetic and said she added more roses to the arrangement. I suggested to have more staff on days of events so customer orders are not compromised. I feel that there is so much competition out there that the customer service should be pristine even if it sacrifices the bottom line that day. Update: for the benefit of the delivery guy, I give him 5 stars. He called my daughter who said she was in fact at work and offered to deliver the flowers at 4 pm or even re-route them to her house. She said he was very good about it. I feel bad for him as he probably was under a lot of pressure read more

Received a beautiful floral arrangement from this local Orange County florist. While admiring the flowers, I was surprised to see a gorgeous leaf of kale blending right in with the blooms! So impressed by the creativity, I of course had to check out the website where I then oohed and aahed looking at their wide selection. Flowers are always nice, but a curated arrangement makes them even better. I'm happy to be introduced to this locally owned spot and will have Ivory in mind for future flower purchases! Also, while I cannot speak to the ordering process, the delivery man was very nice, but I'm not sure if he was part of the company. read more

A few weeks ago, I used Ivory Florist to send some bouquet of flowers to three of my customers for appreciation for entrusting me with their business. All three arrangements were gorgeous and the delivery was on time and all of my clients called me and thanked me for the beautiful flowers. Today is my anniversary and I decided to use Ivory Florist again to make an arrangement for my wife. Ivory knew that it is a very special day for us and wow, the arrangement went above and beyond expectations. They put different flowers from different parts of the world, roses from David Austin roses from UK, peonies from Australia, hydrangeas from Holland and anthurium from Hawaii.
