Usually you would thing around the 15 minute mark you would be acknowledged For sure by the 20 minute mark after a past due appt time then to go into the 45 minute mark and finally asking about how much longer it will be to have another lady with 0 care for patients time and 0 empathy about the fact you schedule us in at 10 :40 and then don't even say anything is incredible rude and totally unacceptable as a place that is suppose to care about a patient and thier health and feelings !
