We have been using Vidal's cleaning services for several years already, ever since launching our Airbnbs. She and her team have continuously proven themselves reliable, efficient, and have really looked after our vacation rentals. Vidal's always been transparent with us as well, and we appreciate her strong communication skills. Maids to Clean offers very good pricing for the value, well worth it for the quality of cleans. They let us know when we're running low on supplies and they really go the extra mile noticing the details, which we appreciate. I really like that they offer special services like deep cleans as well as refresh options on top of their regular cleaning for good pricing. Her team manages a number of Airbnbs in the area, so I'm always impressed by how quickly they can turnover our homes in time for guests to arrive, even during busy tournament/festival times. I highly recommend this team to those looking for reliable cleaners.

We did make a mistake by hiring what we thought was a company that would take care of our new house the way we did. Since we are on a fixed income, one must be creative financially to get ahead. We soon found out that this decision was a big mistake in judgment. Things started to go south from the beginning. A few days before the renters arrived, heavy rains clogged the drains, creating floods in sensitive areas around the house. I came to clear the drains, and I was told I was not welcome there now or anytime during the rental period. There was no explanation, just told in a scolding tone that made me feel that this was no longer my home. We made it clear there were not supposed to be any pets staying at the house. We later discovered three dogs in the house: two Medium-sized dogs and one great Dane. In the contract, we agreed that the two renters, a husband and a wife, would stay at the house. Again, we later found out that, at times, as many as eight people stayed overnight. Mr. Dan Phelan, the President and Founder of Greenday, wrote in writing that he would be 100% responsible for any and all damages that occurred during the rental, so we thought we were covered. When it came time for us to move back in, we found the following problems. A separation in the outside weather screen that blocked the sun and sand from coming in. We later discovered that the company who installed the screen had realized that the separation would only get larger and could not be fixed. It needed to be replaced. The outside cabinet that houses our dishware and silverware had a broken door that needed to be replaced. The hot tub that we were told needed to be drained and cleaned before renters arrived so it would be fresh and clean for them was left over chlorinated, mucky, and dirty. I wrote an email to Mr. Phelan, President and founder of Greenday, and we set up a phone consult about what I thought was an opportunity for us to rectify all the damages he promised to take care of. Instead, it was twenty minutes of him berating me and saying that he had no intention of taking care of any of the problems now that the renters were gone. To add insult to injury, he then told me that if I did not concede to take care of all the damages myself at my own expense while resolving them of everything, he would hold back the last payment for the Month of April. Mind you, Greenday received the entire rental fee from the renters months before they moved in. We took them to court to recoup last month's rental fee and any reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses. We were awarded the final payment and court costs. Being that going to court for both of us was foreign, It turned out to be a he said, and we said, so the court ruled accordingly. The court did order Greenday to pay us for last month's rent and court fees. Also, the record should be set straight without mentioning names. The two women, who were elderly friends from Chicago, came to the desert in the winter to play cards and stay warm from the severe Chicago Winter. One was a retired schoolteacher. My wife met them while playing cards, and they told her they had a very unpleasant experience with Greenday. I'll leave it at that. Without singling them out, I would gladly give names privately to Greenday to refresh their selective memory. As Paul Harvy would end each broadcast, "And now you know the rest of the story."

That is going over and above the purview of their service... that is the point...they do everything possible to assist and meet your needs. They have exceeded my expectations... Dan, Steve, David and Jason truly deserve the name of "Dream Team". They work together as well oiled machine each fulfilling their area of expertise with skill, efficiency and good humor to boot. They literally have said "we want you happy" and I am! I am a long term tenant which means my experience spans for more than a month at a time so I can attest to a level of service that is consistent and reliable over time. Anything that needs attention/fixing is competently and promptly addressed and resolved that day if not within the hour. It is truly reassuring to know that they have my back, answer any and all of my requests and concerns quickly with a high value in things working at tip top shape. Their motto seems to be... "YES WE CAN"! Everything in the house is meticulously arranged, in proper working order... aesthetically fully stocked and in move in excellent condition to meet the highest standards. This means they not only take care of the tenant but the property as well. They truly are THE BEST management team offering EXCEPTIONAL service and support for a carefree sojourn. We have a couple of Airbnb properties that we manage ourselves, but our property in the Palm…read moreSprings area seemed too far for us to manage to our standards. I wanted to hire the best and decided on Ryson. Jason and Ryan are incredibly hard working. Sometimes I send emails in the middle of the night and feel bad because I know they will still respond quickly. Yes, they have a pre-set onboarding process, but I found it to be very professional. I wanted to open at lighting speed because I had been delayed so long with the pool construction. I bought a lot of things that just weren't needed like duvet covers that weren't white or pillow cases that were special and only in a set of two and those had to go. That was disappointing, but we didn't want sheets in the photos that were impossible to replace. It's better to have things done perfectly so your first guests will be 10 star happy and ours were. The consistent comments I get from guests are that the management company is quick to respond and resolve problems. From their website identify their properties and look at the reviews there and on Airbnb. Many of the comments will not only compliment the house, but also Ryson typically it's related to communication, problem resolution or cleanliness. I've had pool issues and after many months of dead ends, they helped me get to the bottom of the problem. With our city getting serious about neighbor complaints, I'm not worried because I know Ryson will be on top of it. We had one group during Cochella that was playing meditation music so loud that I got a call from the neighbors in the middle of the night. Ryan let them know that they would be out there right away and if he could hear the music from the exterior of the home he would immediately terminate the stay if the guests didn't comply. They were also protective to ensure the safety of their cleaning staff. It cost me money, but I respect that. If staff are treated well, they will take care of the home well. No management company is perfect. It's a demanding job with lot of surprises every day. We look at the house as a business. It doesn't have to be my way, it just needs to be safe, beautiful, professionally managed and provide our guests with a great experience.
