The communication is terrible and she won't reply on text messages or phone calls and if she replies she'll tell you "I'll see what I can do". Even we told her that we want monthly cleaning, all she has to do is give us a day when she can come. When she shows up she's late couple hours She's too important. We hired Martha to clean our house after our previous cleaners forgot to show up one too many times. They did an awesome job! I haven't had a complaint from a renter about the state of the house since. She also catches things our other cleaner never mentioned. She also suggested we do a little spring cleaning and upgrade a few cosmetic items and the changes did make a big difference. They even went out and bought new bedding for our master bdrm when a previous renter decided to let their dog sleep on the bed and it's now covered in dog hair. I don't like writing bad reviews when it could have been handled correctly but here it goes. I am sick. I have a 3 story small condo. 2 bedroom, loft, and 2 1/2 bath, and a small utility room. I normally use a 1 person cleaning lady who can clean it in 2 1/2 hrs for $100, although I usually top her too; however she misses a few things. My husband heard of Queen Bee and urged me to try them. Martha said 2 people should be able to clean it in 3 hrs for $150. It's more money but with 2 people I assumed more would get cleaned. How can I say this? I was so upset. They worked on one floor for the whole 3 hrs. Talking and laughing, cell phones ringing. They left taking $160 and leaving me with half my house still untouched. Martha offered no compensation and no option for completing my home. My microwave was not cleaned on the inside, light bulbs from where they started to clean had lint all over them. The shower and sinks in master bath were not completely cleaned. No response from my husbands emails to her on our complaints and a way to make this right. I'm out $170 and now have to hire someone else. Martha left to take her dog for shots when we thought she would be there. When owner away, cleaners will play. Beware future customers. read more

I have used Martha's services since I bought the 1st one about 3 years ago and haven't regretted it one bit. Actually, I honestly don't know what I would do without her and her team. I use both condos as vacation rentals, so Martha does all of the cleanings in-between guests' departures and arrivals. In fact, she was instrumental in helping me set the condos up as vacation rentals. I thought I knew everything I needed to know, but she knows WAY more. She is a wealth of information on setting up vacation rentals for first-timers, like myself. A lot of the time I rely on her to do more things than just "clean." She quite often takes care of issues that come up with guests while they are currently staying in the condo (since I am about 2 hours away). She is an irreplaceable asset to my vacation rental business.
