Found this place on the trusy Yelp app and it definitely did not disappoint! This playground area is FIRST RATE. Huge, good for young and older kids and the whole place is fenced in so you don't have to keep TOO close an eagle-eye on your kids especially if they are a little bigger. Plenty of places for parents to sit both in the sun and in the shade which is nice and there are also decently lit and pretty clean (for a park) bathrooms right next to the playground. The sand pit was pretty big and nice although one of the shovels was broken. I also liked how it was a bit distant from the rest of the playground so that sand doesn't get tracked all over. Overall a very nice community playground we'd definitely stop again on the way through town.

There is a smaller enclosed space for smaller dogs or dogs that need space from other dogs. The park has always appeared clean when we've went and they have waste bags available.

Unfortunately, because this dog park is so hilly, there are many places where your dog will be out of sight. That being said, every other aspect of this dog park is great. It is large and there are trees surrounding the back half of the park. Because it is hilly, my dog tires himself out! He loves running up and down the hills and checking out the woods for wildlife. All of the owners I have met here seem to be responsible about their dogs and cleaning up after them. Also, this dog park is set well off any busy roads and it has a parking area dedicated to it. I do enjoy going to this dog park(as does my dog), however it is not my first choice.
