We had a wonderful dinner there on a Friday night. It was super busy, so we sat at the bar to wait for a table and ended up eating right there. Because it is Wisconsin, I started out with a brandy old-fashioned. I forgot how genuinely delightful it is to be offered a mushroom as a choice of the garnish. It was an excellent drink. They don't have Biron tap, but they do have a decent selection of beer in the bottle, which is what my companion ordered. Fridays are fish night and there was a wide selection of different fish that you could order, prepared in a variety of manner. I was super excited that they had a lake perch on the menu, because I so rarely see that. I probably didn't need an entire half pound, but it was really delicious. My companion ordered fish fryand enjoyed that as well. We didn't sample the rest of the menu, but they were plenty of good options. The number of people dining there tells me that the food must be good. So glad we went. Hope to go again when I am in Rapids.

Food and service were excellent, a Brandy Alexander would have been a terrific way to top off the meal, unfortunately they weren't on the menu. A wonderful dining experience and an affordable price.

We use to come in and they would be very friendly and welcoming. We just came in and they seemed like we were being a disruption of their day. They lady who "helped" us was rude. Our lane broke half way through our game and we went to ask for assistance. As we started talking to the lady she walked away from us and didn't change anything. We then had to go find a different employee to help us. Toward the end of our experience a employee came over and rudely (hands extended) said " do you really have to use the 8 ball?! Do you even know, that will break" rolled his eyes and walked away. Behind our back (about 15 feet away) he proceeded to have a conversation about our table. The attitude in this environment really took a toll on our f un.

They got me on a lane at 1:10. Then at 1:45 came to my lane and told me to wrap it up because someone else had the lane reserved at 2:00pm. Why even let me in the lane then ? They didn't tell me I only had 45 minutes. I would have just left and done something else. Heck they didn't even offer to comp me my drinks(soda) or maybe a few games of bowling in the future. We are 6 adults, and four little girls ages 5-7 We range from beginner to experienced with kayaking. Just before we went out, the weather changed so we came back in after half an hour. We ate in the restaurant while it poured, and then went back out for another 90 minutes. We got out on sand bars to visit and play. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. A staff member provides a comprehensive review of the boat and it's features, and then you are free to cruise the blue-green waters of the Chain O' Lakes all day. The pontoon (20' Hydrotherapy) was clean and comfortable, the canopy kept us shaded when the sun was hot, you have swim stairs in case you want to stop at a sandbar and cool off, and there were no issues at all with the motor. Plus they give you a map showing the lakes in the chain, detailing which ones are no-wake so the day was relaxing and trouble-free from start to finish.
