That ended up being 1K dollars from my electrician. The installation crew was fine but the management of the process was indeed subpar. I had called to arrange for the nozzle angles to be adjusted a bit since they were angled to far in one direction and was told no problem they would be here this morning at 5am. Well apparently it was ignored or forgotten since no one ever showed up at the time I wrote this review (7am). The system itself was right at 6K dollars and it would have been nice to have some follow up after the completion which there was none. UPDATE: They did show up and I have revised my rating and review.

They offered to come the very next day to view the job site, make recommendations, offer solutions and estimates. They arrived ahead of schedule, which worked out perfectly. As we walked around, they observed some valid potential areas for cleaning (carport awning, oil stains on driveway) that I hadn't before. Interestingly they observed a nesting dove and offered to gently work around it! Gross Busters rep also asked about the brand-new porch carpet, which would get wet and dirty with the pressure washing. They offered to protect it with tarps. He was done in 2 days. He did it the right way....power washed the stucco, patched the stucco, scraped the the flaking paint off the wood trim, primed around the new windows, covered the doors and windows,cleared the rock and soil from the stem wall. Then he painted. 2 coats. 1 sprayed on 1 rolled on, for full coverage. After they cleaned and removed all of the drop cloths and spray barriers, they put my potted plants and BBQ back into place. Our development has an HOA, so I kept the same paint color. I didn't realize how faded my house paint was, until now. Big difference. Looks great.
