The employees at this counter really do not want to serve the public & it's so very obvious. There have been times when I have waited more than 10 minutes & then have just given up. I am not alone in that my husband has also experienced the same thing. I have seen other people as well, just standing there waiting for a person to appear. I think that there could be a simple solution to this problem. All you have to do is provide a bell or buzzer to ring to attract employees at the back where they can't see you. Not once, not one kind of product, but several times. In each case, the cashier or attendant at self-checkout corrected the price: but it had not been entered into their system at all. Once or twice can be excused, but this seems to be a consistent pattern, and the response of the cashiers suggested it was no surprise to them either. There is no excuse for this, and as a result I end up going more often to other stores.
